+2 months left 🤍 — & we can’t help but reminisce in the beginning of our pregnancy capturing the pure joy and love as we shared our little miracle with those closest to our hearts.

The love and joy we’ve felt and continue to feel throughout this pregnancy from everyone truly reminds us just how cherished Baby Neri already is! We’re so grateful to have such a beautiful support system. 🙏🏾

God is so good and faithful. Stay til the end to find out the gender 🙊 #Chardonayee by @donnerirei

+Our family is officially FOUR. 🤍🙏🏼

On September 12th at 6:48 PM, God brought Baby Colton Kai into our lives in the most unexpected and unforgettable way.

We thought we had time to make it to the hospital, but after Charlyne’s contractions intensified and her water broke, everything happened within minutes. I ended up helping deliver our son right on our dining room floor, just before LAFD arrived. 🫠

Charlyne was absolutely incredible. Her strength, courage, and love throughout it all left me in awe.

It wasn’t the birth story we planned, but God was with us through every second. Mama and baby are home, healthy, and recovering, and our hearts are overflowing with gratitude.

Welcome to our wild little family, Colton. You are already loved beyond measure 🤍

📊 August Market Check-In

The market shifted last month. Here’s what happened county by county:

🔹 LA County: +2.1% ⬆️
🔹 Orange County: −1.1% ⬇️
🔹 Ventura County: −3.9% ⬇️
🔹 San Bernardino County: +3.4% ⬆️
🔹 Riverside County: −0.8% ⬇️

👉 For Buyers: More balance is creeping in Ventura, OC, and Riverside all saw slight dips. Negotiating power is back if you’ve been waiting on the sidelines.

👉 For Sellers: LA and San Bernardino are still heating up. Price right, prep right, and you’ll catch momentum while buyers are active.

👉 For Investors: Volatility = opportunity. Price dips in Ventura, OC, and Riverside may open doors for better entry points, while steady gains in LA and San Bernardino hint at markets still showing resilience. It’s a moment to sharpen your buy box and hunt undervalued deals.

Bottom line: 📉📈 It’s a mixed market, but opportunities exist on all sides. Strategy and timing matter more than ever.

No, it’s not the monorail from The Simpsons. Brightline West is building a high speed rail to Las Vegas, and crews are finally digging dirt. Publisher: Urbanize LA.

Put it on your vision board. LA to Vegas in two hours? It could finally happen.

Granada Hills = burger heaven. Goldburger, the LA cult-favorite smash burger joint, has planted its flag in the Valley.

The new location took over the dearly missed Frosty Queen location, serving up their signature burgers plus new soft-serve shakes. Locals already lined up—this is the glow-up the neighborhood needed.
