“This is where stress turns into strength.” #StayActive 💪🏾 by @donnydaddy41
This run (Half Marathon) still hit different for me… I was not prepared at all (Physically/Hydration wise) but I absolutely loved 🥰 this experience… My Therapy topics during my run was these things below… I had Moms on my mind 🧠 I had Jr. on my mind 🧠 I had my Family on my mind 🧠 I had BTS to represent 💯 I had me to challenge myself 💪🏾 I had God to thank 🙏🏾 Etc… Etc.. Moral of the story: Starting my fitness journey 6 years ago save my life mentally and now starting my running journey a year ago to add to my fitness has become a married couple until death do us part 💍 ❤️ 🙏🏾 by @donnydaddy41
