A dot today. A dancer tomorrow. 🤹🏼🟡

A new season at DOT Dance begins on 19 August.

A space where children can discover movement, build strong foundations and grow through dance, with structure, creativity, discipline and most importantly, joy.

From their very first steps to growing confidence, coordination and musicality, we believe in giving every child the time and guidance to develop at their own pace.

🔴What a DOT class looks like🔴

Each class follows a clear and repeatable structure, so children know what to expect and can fully focus on learning.

We begin with a guided warm-up to prepare the body and support concentration.
Strength and stretching follow, building posture, coordination, and controlled movement.

Across the floor and centre work focus on technique, musicality, balance, and spatial awareness, with clear corrections and expectations, adapted to each age group.

We finish with choreography, where children apply what they’ve learned through repetition, memory, and discipline, not just movement.

The goal is not instant perfection.
The goal is progress, consistency, and learning how to work with focus and intention.
