Been going at it since I started this journey in September but really started taking it serious in January. Yes I’ve had my ups and downs especially when I got my wisdom teeth removed and couldn’t workout But I stayed focused regardless any set backs I had and kept showing up and striving to be 1% better everyday. Not even just with working out but with everything in my life really just becoming the man the lord is setting me up to be💆🏽‍♂️🙏🏼

I truly plan on taking this whole thing to the next level just yall watch and I got food vids and etc cooking up don’t y’all worry🫡

As you know I’m outta commission right now but I made this vid so yall can have some content while I’m gone.

It was extremely hard to make this vid cause for people who don’t know I lost my best friend march 12, 2025 and yea I know it’s been a year and a couple of months.

But she was my motivation to keep going and when I lost her I lost that motivation for a bit but I came to peace cause I know she’s in a better place forever looking over me and the family and having the time of her life up in doggy heaven.

I strive everyday and push myself to failure and reach new heights with my goals I set for myself cause that’s what she would’ve wanted instead of me giving up on myself and life. That’s why y’all see me workout in the living room next to her old bed every time cause that’s my motivation.🙏🏼 by @dougygzz

Hard work and discipline and consistency pays off

This what happens when you decide to take the workout journey seriously 😂

Goal is still 180 lean while maintaining a 10% bf 💪🏼

More vids on the way especially with some voiceovers as well🧏🏽‍♂️ by @dougygzz

Wassup y’all we back at it again with another video we gonna keep them coming and keep going after it day by day till we get that 175lbs and lean and we not stopping either even after that.💪🏼

This is not a sponsored video I just have been using this for a little bit now and it’s been working honestly. it’s from the TikTok shop if y’all need that just shoot me a text and I’ll send the link. 🫡

Note to self I have the one that ranges from 90-120lbs and I’m currently able to do the 120lbs with ease now. If you’re just starting off working out then I recommend the 60-90lb one but if you want a little challenge and you workout a little bit then by all means go for the 90-120lbs.

Any questions or need any tips or trying to give me any tips my dms are always open🧏🏽‍♂️ by @dougygzz

Here are my 3 kettle bell exercises

The first section of this vid I start with my circuit
•2-6 minute timer
You can start low and work your way to 6 minutes
•5 Snatches
•5 Front Rack reverse lunges
•5 Single arm thrusters
•5 Gorilla rows
Once finished and do it again on the left side and keep alternating till the timer runs out and do this 2 times with
30-40 second rest

Not sure what these are called but got them from a friend lol but make sure to keep your core tight the whole time

•3 sets of 10 - 15
•30-40 second rest

Next are some “Halos with a Tricep Extension” and focus on keeping your back and neck as straight as possible and use only your shoulders to move the weight for both and keep your elbow close on the extension to really feel it

•3 times for 1 minute and 30 seconds

After that we finish off with these type of pushups and same thing keep core tight so you can feel the burn

•2 sets of 20 or 15 work your way up to more overtime

I’m going to be posting more workout content simply cause I found a love for this working out stuff so why not post it right, and I just want to help inspire others to stay motivated and want to get up and go after it. Again I’m not a professional with the kettle bell yet so I’m all ears on tips for better form and technique. by @dougygzz
