I did something amazing in 2024 that I didn’t share with the world 🥳

Story Time Guyssss. Grab your popcorn
—————————————————————

I had a eureka moment one day that most of the hangouts or gatherings ladies attend is mostly centered around relationship and marriage discussions and there’s so much more to a woman than marriage.

I had the desire to bring women together where we talk about business, careers, trauma that they grew up with and helping them break free from every limiting mindset.

So, we had Chaverot!!!

Chaverot is an Hebrew word that means girlfriends, female friends, sisterhood, comrades . A very perfect name for what I had in mind, right?

Yeah, I did it with my sisters 🥹

@sunmisola_weal is the founder of @relief.inc
@oluwaseyifamuagun is the founder of @callrubix and @movers_by_rubix
@favz_aj is the founder of @laberachah
@rantiakinrotimi is a counselor and the founder of @wellbe.space

Who else would I do this with if not my sisters that are doing great things already.

Side gist: these people have been on my neck for us to have something like this again, buttttttttt😮‍💨

The night before the event.

I didn’t charge for the event cos I wanted so many ladies in akure to have access to the room and I remembered how scared and worried I was cos I didn’t have any money for it.

I wanted the event to be very excellent and classy but I had zero naira in my account. I remember how I’ll wake up in the middle of the night to tell God that he was the one that sent me message oh, so he has to bring the funds for it.

It was a faith project guys😂God laid it on my heart to reach out to some people to sponsor the event but I fought with that thought for weeks. I don’t like asking people for money.

One day, @favz_aj and @thetoluwaniyin (they were my team members) suggested that I send out a letter to some people to sponsor us. I told them how God has told me the same thing but I was fighting with the thought 😂

I obliged and we sent out the letter. Guys!!!! The answer to my prayers was embedded in that single instruction. People started sending us money, even as little as 2k . I was in awe, cos wdym people believe i by @doybeth
