Grateful for the chance to hold a healing space for 4 wonderful women, together with Swati. My part came from psychology insights and meditation, and hers came from spiritual practice: a tea ceremony and somatic work. By the end of the night, each woman had found something meaningful for her own life: an understanding of what’s truly important, a reminder to slow down, and clarity about a big decision. None of it came from us. It came from them. What I learned from this evening is that the answers are already inside you. You just need the space to hear them. #healingspace #womenscircle #psychologyandspirituality #somatichealing #teaceremony meditation innerwisdom selfdiscovery womensupportingwomen alpharetta by @dr.ann.haberman

Dr. Ann @dr.ann.haberman moved from Israel last year and had to start over everything she built in her home country. She has years of experience as a physiologist and now shares the world how to build confidence. She needs brand new brand images to represent her in present. We started with a questionnaire, built the shoot planning, decided on what kind of outfits would go well with her brand vibe: calm, confident, grounded. After the shoot, she told me that her photos look so natural and show her true-self. That's what I do and I'm so glad she felt that. I'm sure you can see that as well. This is her kind word✨ "I had an amazing experience working with Mami for my branding photoshoot. She took the time to plan everything with me to make sure the photos truly represented my brand voice. She made me feel so comfortable and natural during the session. I absolutely love the photos and use them constantly on all my social media. If you're looking for a talented photographer who delivers authentic, beautiful images, I can't recommend her enough!" This is your sign to step up and show the world who you are ✨ Atlanta Branding photography, Atlanta Brand photos, Atlanta Personal branding, Atlanta Professional portraits, Atlanta Business photos, Atlanta Small business photography, Atlanta, Johns Creek branding photographer, Alpharetta branding photographer, Roswell branding photographer, Gwinnett County, North Atlanta branding photographer, Brand visuals, Visual storytelling, Business growth, Creative entrepreneur, Professional image by @dr.ann.haberman
Last night I got to join two amazing women - experts in their fields - and speak to a room full of wonderful women. The theme of the evening was self-care for women. Why we so often put ourselves last, and the price we pay for it. Dr. Nicole Perrotte, a Menopause Certified physician and owner of Thrive Well MD blew my mind when she said that for every research paper on women’s health, there are 10 on men’s health. She taught us how changes in hormones affect our bodies - many years before menopause even begins. Dr. Blair Green, a physical therapist specializing in women’s health the owner of Catalyst, taught us what ACTUALLY makes a difference for women’s health and longevity. And unlike what companies and the media try to tell (and sell) us, the healthiest routine is also the simplest one. I talked about why it’s so hard for us to create space for true self-care. How people-pleasing and fear of rejection makes us struggle to say no - even when it makes us stressed and overwhelmed. Because emotional, mental and physical health isn’t about going to the gym every day, buying a weighted vest, or the best yoga pants. It’s about the simple things, that somehow, it’s just harder for us to give space to. by @dr.ann.haberman
I teach this for a living, but I still catch myself doing it. I say “yes” to another commitment when the week is already full. I tell myself I will take care of some nagging health issue after things calm down. But I’ve learned that self-care isn’t something to do after you’ve exhausted yourself. And it doesn’t need to be big either, like taking two weeks off. When you make space for self-care in the little moments, you show up better for everyone else, including yourself. Tomorrow night the three of us are talking about why we do this. You will leave with actionable steps to deal with stress and burnout. A year ago you moved to a new country without a word of English. Now you can’t stop talking in two languages. You’re learning to read. You’ve made friends. And today, you walked into Kindergarten, with your big bag and lunch box, and you’ll even ride the bus. There are no words to describe how proud we are. by @dr.ann.haberman

Something I wrote when I was thinking of how hard it is to keep calm when the kids are anything but. And how it makes us grow as humans. If you’re a mom or dad and you’re trying your best each day - you have a lot to be proud of. Just trying your best is already so much better than most parents. And your kids can feel it! ✨ If you liked this post - please share, save or repost. It honestly means a lot because I’m trying to grow my page and if you know the algorithm these days - you know🩷 ✨ Here’s the full text: Motherhood is my spiritual practice. To be present even when I want to be MIA. To see there’s nothing more important than being with my kid right now, even when everything else feels urgent. To meet them where they are, not where my anxiety is. To do the long exhale when they’re driving me nuts, even when it feels like breathing isn’t doing anything (it is). To see them as they are. Not as my anxious mind thinks they are, and not as I want them to be. To hold both the boundary and the space when I know it’s the right thing, but they don’t, and they’re crying their eyes out. To do the impossible act of letting them eat the simple carbs, because it’s all they’re eating right now. To not make a funny face about it, even when I’m internally freaking out. Yet keep gently introducing the broccoli, reminding myself someday they’ll like it, even when it seems like that day will never come. And to not push, because then it never will. To give myself grace and acceptance when I’m not holding up to these standards. by @dr.ann.haberman
This is, in my opinion, the most important thing to teach kids. A close second is a growth mindset - that any situation in life or skill can be improved if you keep trying, even when it’s challenging. If you could only teach your kids one thing - what would it be? Comment below. by @dr.ann.haberman
