Not every day we get invited to the studio, so we have to make the most of it! 😂

I was invited to share my story, and of course, I had some fun while I was at it! Looking forward to seeing the final product. 😊

As a king and priest, this is how I approach each day and thrive. I pray, trust the Holy Spirit to lead me, prepare, and show up ready for action.

Watch till the end for a little glimpse of the playful Dr Ini! 😂

Some eye diseases can develop quietly, without obvious symptoms. Then, by the time you notice a change in your vision, significant damage may already have occurred.

That’s why regular eye examinations matter.

Don’t wait for blurry vision before you check your eyes.

𝗕𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝘂𝗽?

If your last eye examination was more than a year ago, you’re due for another one.

Call us or send us a message to book your check-up.

Happy New Month friends 😍😍😍
These are 3 simple things I regularly do to boost my mood and happiness, and I’m sharing them with you because I want you to have the power to turn up your mood anyday, anytime.

So let's get right into it:
𝟭. 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆.
Dance, walk, exercise, etc.
Even just a few minutes can help shift your energy and mood.

𝟮. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
Call someone you love, have a good conversation and laugh well.

Compliment people, this is always a banger. I get so much excitement when I compliment people.

Hug and cuddle someone.😎

Sometimes, a simple connection is all you need to feel a little better.

𝟯. 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲.
Pause and appreciate the good in your life.
Every day, I write down 5 things I'm grateful for and honestly, it makes me feel so favoured and blessed.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.

So, pick atleast one of these three, start doing it today and spread the happiness!😊

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄.👇

My boys, 14 and 15, started the @immersecoachingcompany visioning retreat for teens yesterday. Since it was the first day, I worked from home to make sure everything went smoothly.

When I told my boys that I stayed home just to be with them, 𝗺𝘆 𝟭𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱, “𝗪𝗼𝘄! 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱. 𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝘀.” 🥰

𝗠𝘆 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱, “𝗛𝗺𝗺... 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀.”😂

Same situation but two completely different interpretations.

Things like this happen in our lives all the time.

Two people can experience something similar, yet the story they tell themselves about it will completely change how they respond.

When you get rejected.
You can tell yourself, “I'm not good enough.”
Or you can ask, “What do I need to improve?”

Someone gives you feedback.
You can think, “They don't appreciate me.”
Or you can ask, “What can I learn from this?”

The situation is one thing. The story you tell yourself about it is another.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲.

So the next time something doesn't go the way you expected, pause and reflect before you decide what it means.

When Dr Ezinne sent me this picture this morning, I smiled because I suddenly realised just how interesting this connection is.

I met these two amazing women quite casually at our just-concluded Nigeria Optometrists Association Conference.

No big introduction, we just chatted, we took pictures, and went on to enjoy the rest of the conference.

𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲.

@drezinne_okwulehie , based in Port Harcourt, building her eye clinic @spectrumeyeclinic while also creating spaces for women to grow, connect and rise to purpose through @theshevolvemovement.

@dr.ymc, based in Lagos is also building her eye clinic @icarevision.center while impacting women through @tabithahouse.co creating meaningful experiences and opportunities for faith-driven women to grow.

And then there is me, building @magnaeyecare and helping people achieve their desired results and goals through my coaching platform The Radiant Life.

I love that sometimes you meet people before you fully understand why your paths crossed.
God really knows how to orchestrate connections.

I am genuinely excited about what these women are building, the lives they are impacting, and being a part of their journey. by @dr.ini.udom

When you trust in the Lord, you can go through life with the confidence that your victory is not dependent on your own strength.

Not by power, not by your might but by the Spirit of the Lord. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

So always go with the consciousness that you are not doing life alone.

Your confidence is in God, and His strength is made perfect in you.

Operate from a place of victory when you face challenges in any area of your life.

Have you ever spent time with people and left feeling completely energised?

We all have people, places and experiences that make us come alive. The key is to recognise them and intentionally make room for more of them.

For me, it is spending time with impactful women. Women who are leading, building, serving, creating impact and empowering the next generation.

That is exactly how I felt at the Undaunted Conference. Spending time with my sisters, @drmegor, @chiomahmomah, @triumphadekunle, @zynatheadoptionadvocate and @faithudom_ _ filled my cup. We laughed, connected, and celebrated one another.

I also had the pleasure of meeting @financialjennifer. Thank you, @tolulopetundeajiboye, for the invitation, and congratulations on a successful conference.

One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is to intentionally surround yourself with people who energise you, challenge you and bring out the best in you.

So let me ask you, who are the people that make you come alive and energised?

The marriage I enjoy today is not a matter of luck. It is the result of intentional actions taken consistently over time.

Trust me, the marriage you desire will not happen by accident either.

Many couples hope things will improve with time, but lasting change often begins when we become intentional about the kind of marriage we want to build and we take the steps needed to get there.

Watch the video to see what made a significant difference in my marriage.

If you are ready to be more intentional about creating a stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling marriage, send me a DM.

Together, we can create a personalised blueprint to help you get the marriage you love.
