Surround yourself with like minds,
Who push you everyday to be better than yesterday,
For the people who need you tomorrow.

Nov 14th in LA, Dr. Isaac and I are hosting a FREE 3 hour chiropractic technique intensive seminar that aims to connect the science, philosophy and art of the profession into simple skills that lay the foundation for exceptional adjusting.

Our mission is top help chiropractic students and new grad docs eliminate the struggle of having to choose only one way to practice by providing skills that build confidence and long term technical competence.

We believe that the greatest growth comes from discovering the lessons that can only be found outside of the comfort zone, so this seminar is best suited for those who seek growth through mastery.

We look forward to connecting and meet with you like minds soon.

Sincerely Dr. Sam Shephard D.C & Dr. Isaac Cuevas D.C by @dr.isaaccuevas.dc

🌉Bridging the Gap🌁

Chiropractic students often feel pressured to pick a side: renounce philosophy and practice only the science, or dismiss the evidence in favour of intuition. As a result, many graduates enter practice neglecting one of a chiropractor’s core skills: the art of the adjustment.

Dr. Isaac and I both lived this divide in school. One of our educations leaned toward philosophy, the other toward science, and each was missing what the other had. When we immersed ourselves in both, our skill flourished.

We were fortunate to train under some of the greatest chiropractors of our time, and we believe the profession needs more like them. By pursuing mastery beyond what school required, we each entered practice with skills that helped us build thriving practices in our first year.

In this seminar, you’ll leave confident in three things:

Demystifying intuition, tone, and philosophy as simple skills that complement clinical guidelines.

Foundational adjusting skills that maximize patient comfort and ease.

Connecting the science, philosophy, and art of chiropractic so you can be the chiropractor your patients need.

You shouldn’t have to wait to deliver exceptional care with confidence. If you’re local to LA, message us to sign up. We look forward to meeting you.

Sincerely,

Dr. Sam Shephard, D.C. & Dr. Isaac Cuevas D.C by @dr.isaaccuevas.dc

Ease before the adjustment.

Before we ask the body to move, we create the conditions for it to feel safe, relaxed, and receptive. The adjustment isn’t just about the technique—it’s about the state the body is in when we deliver it 🪬#chiropractic #adjustment #flow by @dr.isaaccuevas.dc

🎨Artistry Night, Vol. 2: 2026🌘

From one single moment to yearly tradition, the love for helping people return to loving their dream lives through chiropractic care returns!

At @shephard_health , day to day treatment looks very different than in this video, composed of chiropractic with multimodal and rehab exercise based approach to supporting the specific needs of our patient’s recovery. Despite that, we love to demonstrate and share the dedication, training and love to mastering the beautiful art of the chiropractic adjustment.

For us, this “Artistry Night”, (inspired and pioneered by @drbrettjones credit where it is due and from🙏🏻) is an opportunity to bring people together, share comradely and community with one another, while expressing passion for art amongst the science and the philosophy.

A little love goes a long ways for inspiring not only others, but ourselves within.

With a heart full of love,

Dr. Sam Shephard, D.C
