It’s all about having a strong foundation for the human body, and in the world of fitness everything revolves around the core muscles. Whether it’s squats, bench press, or just simply standing around, having a strong core will save you from many problems such as poor posture, balance issues, and back pain.——————————————————————————
Core Muscles targeted:
✅Rectus Abdominis (Top abs)

✅Transverse Abdominis (Bottom abs)

✅Oblique (Side abs)

✅Spinal Erectors (Spine muscles)

✅Multifidus (Surrounds the Erector Spinae)

🇩🇴❤️ More than chiropractic care, it was a mission of connection, service, culture, and love. 👐🏽✨

Grateful for every touch, every smile, every lesson, and every memory made in Dajabón. I came to serve, but I left with a fuller heart and an even greater passion for this profession. 🌎🤍 by @dr.king_loading

To Give, to Do, to Love, to Serve out of a sense of abundance… A little over a year ago, I decided to dedicate my life to this thing we call Chiropractic, and if I could use a phrase to describe the process, it would be “uncomfortable growth” of which I experienced through late nights, early mornings and times of uncertainty.

I came into this trip with no expectations, and not only was this my first mission trip, but it was also the first time I’ve traveled outside of the U.S. And to see a version of the world that is not always convenient, but beautiful in it’s own unique way, was truly an eye opening experience.

The only things I prayed for was for God to use me as a vessel, for safety and to remove all aspects of myself to become present so that I could serve at my highest capacity and mannn did I get more than that.. forever grateful for the journey.❤️‍🔥✝️
