Thoracic spine and Cervicothoracic junction adjustments 🌿 #drnelsonchiro #temecula #chiropractic #mma #wrestling by @dr.nelson_chiro
Use code: drnelson15 Overall this pillow is a good option. I think it will be best for stomach sleepers, petite side sleepers, and back sleeps who like a flatter pillow. There is a newer pillow they just dropped for more height if you like to sleep a little more propped up. The cooling feature is actually cooler than the average pillow in my opinion! It also comes off so that it can be washed. There is a link is my bio with a discount code which you can apply to any items on their website. They do have cooling sheets and comforters available on their website as well. If you have any questions feel free to comment them and I’ll answer you! Happy Sleeping 👍🏼 #drnelsonchiro #temecula #pillow #sleep #chiropractic by @dr.nelson_chiro

Thoracic spine feeling locked up? It’s time for an adjustment! 💥 The mid-back plays a huge role in posture, breathing, shoulder mobility, and everyday movement. When those joints aren’t moving well, your body often compensates in ways that can lead to stiffness and discomfort. A precise thoracic adjustment can help restore motion where it’s needed most. 🙌 How does your upper back feel right now? Let me know in the comments! 👇 📍29742 Rancho California Rd.
