6 Finger Push-Ups × 12 Reps. 🔥
Not just a push-up—this is a test of control, strength, and precision.

With fewer fingers supporting the body, the movement demands more from the fingers, wrists, and stabilizing muscles. It challenges your ability to produce force while maintaining balance and control.

Strength gets you there. Control makes the difference. 🔱👹⚡💪

8-Finger Push-Ups × 12 Reps. 🔥

Strength isn’t just about moving weight—it’s about controlling force through every point of contact. This variation challenges finger strength, wrist stability, proprioception, and upper-body control under load.

Train the foundation. Control the force. Build uncommon strength. 💪
