I’m excited to launch The Four Brains of Money: Six Steps to Decode your DNA and Live Wealthy on July 6th. It’s going to create an opportunity for people to learn who they are, what they do, and how to create a true roadmap of performance in their lives.

Can’t wait for you to get your hands on it.

Most people think performance is about discipline. Or mindset. Or hustle.

BUT your nervous system decides whether you can perform long before your mindset ever kicks in.

Your ability to focus, recover, lead, and stay present under pressure isn’t about motivation, it’s about how flexibly your brain moves between activation and recovery.

That’s called NEUROFLEXIBILITY.

And it’s one of the most overlooked drivers of emotional regulation, resilience, and peak performance.

If you’re always wired and can’t slow down, or always sluggish and can’t gear up, your nervous system is stuck in a loop.

The key isn’t ❌ doing more.

It’s decoding your autonomic patterns so you can train your system to shift when it matters most.

That’s what true optimization looks like.
And that’s where transformation begins. by @dr.rewire

There’s nothing more powerful than watching someone break through the darkest moment of their life and realize it doesn’t have to define them.
When @garybrecka shared this story, I felt it in my core.

Not because it was about me. But because it reminded me why I do this work.

This isn’t motivation.

It’s rewiring trauma into transformation.
It’s turning pain into fuel.
It’s watching someone go from “I don’t think I’ll ever survive this” to “thank God that happened—it woke me up.”

Most people try to escape their trauma.
They numb it, suppress it, outrun it.
But true healing doesn’t come from avoidance. It comes from reframing.

From meeting that pain head-on, and deciding it’s not going to own you anymore.

What if the worst thing that ever happened to you could become the reason you rise?

That’s the work.
That’s what I’m here for.

What’s one belief you’ve had to rewire in your healing journey? Share it below. 👇 by @dr.rewire

Mina is a chiropractor, and she came to the Dr. Rewire Community thinking she was there to learn how to help her clients get better. Somewhere in the middle of the week, she realized the first person who needed to do the work was her.

That's the part I love, because it's exactly how this works. When you do the work on yourself first, you get better at serving the people in front of you, and she told us it's showing up in her family too, not just in her practice.

So I'm curious, who's the person you'd most want to get better for? Tell me in the comments. by @dr.rewire

When I ask people who they are, I usually hear their job, their role at home, the kids, the company they work for. That's real, but it's only the surface. Your identity is a collection of beliefs that create your rules for what feels safe, and it's working underneath everything, mostly where you can't see it.

If somewhere along the way you picked up that money is bad, your nervous system will quietly build rules around it, and you'll find yourself giving your work away or teaching for free without knowing why. Real self-awareness starts when you can see those rules and decide which ones you actually want to keep.

I said something to a room full of leaders that I wish someone had told me years ago. Most of the people I work with have spent years on personal development, reading the books, doing the inner work, pushing harder, wondering why the same patterns keep showing up, and they come in convinced something in them is broken.

It isn't. You don't have a performance problem, you have a wiring problem, and once the wires go to the right places, everything starts working the way it was designed to, the business, the relationships, the energy you bring into a room.

If you want to see how you're actually wired, start here.

For years I gave my work away for free, or close to it, and I couldn't understand why it didn't matter what any business coach told me. Then I realized there was a story running underneath all of it. My mom used to say you shouldn't charge for education, that knowledge should be free, and that one line was quietly shaping every price I set.

The cheaper I gave it, the less people valued it and the less I valued myself, and no strategy could fix that loop until I saw where it came from. The consciousness of the leader will always dictate the revenue of the business. by @dr.rewire

This was the day of my first keynote ever on The Four Brains of Money, at the ANMP convention in Dallas, and there was one idea I wanted everyone in that room to walk away with.

Your nervous system is the key to your wealth. The way you're wired shapes how you earn, how you spend and how you hold on to what you build, and the book walks through six steps to decode your DNA and live wealthy.

I want to help a billion lives, and this book is how I get to keep the conversation going long after the event is over.

Ask almost anyone what stresses them out the most and they'll say money, but I think the real answer runs deeper than that. Money stress comes from not being able to see your future, and that's the same survival wiring our ancestors had about where the next meal was coming from.

My son, who's in college, told me the other day he was ordering sushi, and it made me laugh, because food simply isn't the threat anymore. Our biology didn't switch that alarm off though, it moved it over to finances, and now the question running in the background is whether you'll have enough to survive where you're going. When you understand that, you can finally start working on the wiring instead of fighting the feeling.

A lot of people come to personal growth hoping that if they visualize it hard enough, it'll show up. I'm rich, I'm wealthy, I've got it all, and then nothing actually changes, and they wonder what they're doing wrong.

Your brain is constantly scanning your past to answer one question, am I safe, and it isn't interested in the future you're picturing. If the old identity is still running underneath, you're trying to build something new on top of wiring that was set long ago. The real transformation starts when you change what your nervous system believes is safe, and then the vision has something solid to stand on.

You set a goal of 100K and you hit 75K, so the next year you double it to 200K to make up for it, and you land at 175K. Then you set 400K, a number you've never been close to, and by the third time around something in you just quits setting goals altogether.

That isn't a lack of discipline. Every missed target quietly reinforced the label of failure, and after a few rounds your nervous system starts treating the whole process as a threat and shuts it down to protect you. The way out is to stop chasing an arbitrary number and build around the activity you actually love doing, because that's what keeps you growing. by @dr.rewire

She traveled from Canada and took the week off to be in the room for the Rewire certification, and she's done plenty of personal development programs and certifications before this one. What she said at the end of the week meant a lot to me, that she knew this time there was going to be a different outcome, not just for her clients but for her.

The work we do starts on the inside, and yes, I'll hold your feet to the fire, in a loving way but a firm one. That's usually what's been missing when the other programs didn't stick, because the mindset and the strategy were never the problem, the wiring underneath them was.

If you want to know what's been running underneath your results, start with your wiring. Take the Brain DNA test, link in bio. by @dr.rewire
