Caries Removal Endpoint..

.
.
In the biomimetic concept, caries removal isn’t about reaching hard dentin ..
it’s about stopping at the point that preserves vitality and ensures strong bonding 💪

Protect the pulp, keep the tooth alive 🦷
.
.
.
.

Caries Detecter Dye
ال infected and affected dentin..

PSZ | peripheral seal zone

CSZ | central stop zone

Cusp Dilemma:
Should you preserve it or reduce and cover it with a partial indirect restoration ❓

Clinical tips for successful universal bond application 🦷✨
Know your solvent (ethanol or acetone) determines your technique..
keep dentin properly moist, apply actively with rubbing motion and ensure thorough air thinning to evaporate solvent before curing.
Don’t forget to perform IDS (Immediate Dentin Sealing).✨

Small details make a big difference in bond strength. ✨

Bond Generations
Gold standard bond ..

In this post I explained the adhesive bond generations from the 4th to the 7th generation, including universal bonds and the gold standard.
There is no single “best” generation .. each has specific advantages and disadvantages .
The key to optimal bond strength is understanding which system you use and applying it correctly .✨

⁨ Bonding System ✨
Micromechanical

Direct ahesion of composite to tooth surface.

Bond generations .

Bonding System ✨
One of the most important topics we need to understand in modern dentistry,
because current adhesion relies on micromechanical bonding —
whether for direct restorations, indirect restorations, or all types of partial and full coverage restorations ✨

In this post, I explained in a simple way only:
Direct adhesion of composite to the tooth surface.

In the next post, we will discuss indirect adhesion
and bonding generations.⁩ by @dr.sumaya.alanii

Matrix in Matrix technique 🖌️

This technique used in deep margin cases ..
.
.
First put a tofflemire or superMat matrix or saddle matrix then put a Sectional matrix and the space between them fill it with a teflon to get better seal.. 🦷🌟

This technique was developed by Pascal Magne 🌟
