✨Introducing Dr. V Talks🎙️

Where physical therapy meets sports, fitness, and movement!

I’m excited to launch a new video series featuring real conversations with coaches, trainers, athletes, and movement professionals!

Through different perspectives, we’ll explore sports, common injuries, mobility, recovery, performance, and the role physical therapy plays in it all.

My goal? To learn, educate, connect, and bridge the gap between physical therapy and the communities we serve.
Different perspectives. Shared knowledge. Healthier, stronger communities.

Welcome to Dr. V Talks 🗣️🎙️✨
✨Stay Tuned✨
HAPPY PHYSICAL THERAPY MONTH!

If I could write you a story, I really wouldn’t have all the time to tell you…..I said this when I graduated this journey has been lengthy!!
But for now I’ll just say this. The testimony is - The enemy will never win & he tries to destroy everything God has for you.

“ 2nd X is the charm over here “ God has SO MUCH he’s shown me over the years, in this season+ the best is STILL yet to come ! But your girl is officially Nationally Board Certified !

But for this segment:
1. Faith without works is dead. Thank you Jesus, God for making a way for me. You gave me the strength I needed to endure. I owe everything to you. I STAYED RESILIENT & persistent in you & will continue to do so.
God guided me, placed the right people, and spaces around me to flourish. The Lord strengthen me and had the right people encouraging me and that matters a ton & more importantly I learned to depend on him more than ever.

This is just the beginning. Big S/O to my people who held me down, and encouraged me throughout this journey !! My love runs deep for you!! My village is everything !
& special s/o to my study partners I’ve had and big S/O to my Study buddy this cohort we locked in for life🤞🏾.
S/O to Pamela ( highly recommend) @pamela.ramona my FF Tutor thanks for holding it down ! Thank you Dr.Signh & @npteff !
This is my testimony. So glad I made it through.

A little glimpse into Ebony Fit Weekend Day 1 ! 🖤✨

One thing about Dr. V, I’m passionate about bringing physical therapy, movement education, and recovery beyond the four walls of a clinic!

Grateful for every conversation, connection, and person who stopped by our recovery station.

More community events, more education, and more opportunities to help people move and feel their best. 💪🏾
