A little bit of my storyโ€ฆ. My name is Dr. Moisรฉs Celaya, PT, DPT, CSCS and this is my page documenting the journey of becoming a better clinician, athlete, and human โ€” while helping others do the exact same! Baseball and football taught me how to compete. Injuries taught me what it means to start over. Rehab showed me whatโ€™s possible. And training taught me to keep chasing the next challenge. Now Iโ€™m taking everything Iโ€™ve learned and putting it toward helping others move better, perform stronger, and chase goals of their own. This is just the beginning! Chase goals. Defy limits. Ironman 70.3 North Carolina โ€” 5:37:32 โœ… ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿผ 1.2mi | 32:03 ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ 56mi | 2:56:01 ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿป 13.1mi | 1:53:38 โ€ข Grateful beyond words for my family, friends, and God โ€” your love and support fueled every mile and made that finish line possible. A successful day and a great way to celebrate turning 26 ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿฝ โ€ข The last 3 months were a grind, but they reminded me that consistency beats comfort and mindset beats limits. I proved to myself that Iโ€™m capable of anything I commit to. โ€ข Not sure whatโ€™s nextโ€ฆ but one thingโ€™s certain โ€” I donโ€™t stop at half. A full Ironman is on the horizon, and Iโ€™m ready to keep practicing what I preach. Chase goals. Defy limits. Stay young. Stay ready. #youngbutready #ironman703 #ybrfitness by @dr.ybr.moises

These are 4 staples that stay in my routine: * Chest-supported T-Bar Row โ€ข Bent over row (supinated and pronated) * Lat Pullover Machine * Seated Row * Lat Pulldown Each movement hits your back a little differently, so together they help build both thickness and width. Stop chasing random exercises every week. Find movements you can progress on consistently and get stronger over time. Which one is your favorite? ๐Ÿ‘‡ #backday #pullday #backexercises #gym #fitness by @dr.ybr.moises

The best sports PTs never stop being athletes. In a few months, Iโ€™ll become a Doctor of Physical Therapy ๐Ÿฅผ Over the years, Iโ€™ve competed in college baseball and football, run marathons, completed a Half Ironman, and I still make it a priority to stay active through training and sports. Iโ€™ll continue pursuing certifications like OCS, SCS, and CSCS because knowledge matters. But I also believe the best sports physical therapists donโ€™t just study athletesโ€ฆthey understand them. They know what it feels like to miss a season, to rebuild after setbacks, to trust the rehab process, and to fight to get back to doing what they love. You can learn the science in a classroom. Understanding the athlete comes from continuing to be one. Thatโ€™s the kind of sports PT I strive to be. #sportsphysicaltherapy #physicaltherapy #dpt #sportspt #rehab by @dr.ybr.moises
