#Dentistry #Dental #Composite #Restoreteeth #Smile by @dradnanalyassin

We could have done more. We chose not to.

Could this smile have looked "better” with full direct composite veneers? Absolutely.

But why alter healthy tooth structure when the actual defects can be managed more conservatively?

Instead, we focused on what actually needed correction — making selective changes where they mattered, while preserving as much of the natural tooth structure as possible.

Conservative dentistry isn’t about doing less. It’s about knowing when less is enough. 🦷

What a tough quadrant rehab!

But the final X-rays speak for all the details and effort put into this case, nothing beats this feeling 🤩
