I never spoke enough about my achievements, probably as I never learned how.
This was a great article, a milestone for my career with more to come.
Honestly, i am greatfull for each written word, and for all who supported me to achieve this.

chef dragan is back at the table with under construction.

chef dragan’s latest table brings together the warmth of the balkans with the ease and refinement of the mediterranean, seasonal ingredients, familiar flavours and the kind of dishes that feel rooted in tradition, just with his own contemporary touch.

Such a special evening at Chef Dragan’s supper club last night. There’s something very personal about being welcomed into someone’s home and having them cook for you, share their stories and simply enjoy a great evening around the table.

Thank you, Chef, for having us. Every course had something different to discover, but what I loved most was how relaxed and genuine the whole evening felt — wonderful food, lots of conversation and great company.

A really memorable night and such a lovely reminder that some of the best experiences happen around a table.

Thank you Lisbon for the inspiration and steps gained in hidden streets up to the hills.

And some local hidden food gems.

An incredible experience at @acevicheria.kikomartins by Kiko Alvarez in Lisbon.

Amazing food, bold flavours, and a beautiful atmosphere from start to finish.

Special thanks to Sergio and team for the outstanding hospitality and making the experience even more memorable.

Places like this remind you that great dining is not only about the food, but also about the people behind it. by @dragansusa

Some journeys are not about the destination, but about the patience learned along the way.

Some experiences are beyond words — amazing food, by amazing chefs by @dragansusa

Back in the kitchen, testing and refining new dishes designed for the skies.
Creating food that still feels comforting, balanced, and memorable, even when served miles above the ground.
Because great hospitality shouldn’t stop at the airport gate.
