All good things must come to an end. Unfortunately, it’s time for Dragonfly Bakes to close its doors. Timing is everything, and those of you who know me personally know that timing hasn’t been great since I started this little venture in 2022. It’s time for me to listen to my gut and move on to the next chapter. I’m closing this door, but opening up another one for new opportunities to come through.

Thank you to everyone who supported me and believed in my products. You helped to fuel my dream and will continue to motivate me to create something even better in the future. @beachenclavetci @thesomerset @lemon2gocoffee @thesourcetc @lorimazziotta @coastalkitchen_tci @diningbydesigntci @dayby_dave and each of you in our community who has placed an order with me or bought a treat at Lemon2Go. You are the best.

Dragonfly Bakes is so much more than a business to me. It represents my love language of nurturing others with food. It’s my passion for making good, wholesome comfort foods that feed your soul, whether or not you can eat gluten. It’s my deep love of baking. It’s my art, my self-expression. Dragonfly Bakes will continue to evolve, and when it’s ready, you’ll see me here again with version 2.0.

I will still be taking orders until the end of June, and anything already on my books will be honored.

See y’all around ✌🏼❤️🥖 by @dragonflybakestc

Gluten-free everything bagels?! Um, yeah. These babies might not be the perfect NYC bagels, but they will fill the bagel-shaped hole your gluten-free heart. Still tweaking and perfecting, but these will be available to order soon 🥯 💜 🥯 🩵🥯 🩷🥯💚 🥯

After a long maternity leave, I’m gradually getting back into the kitchen and ramping up production here at Dragonfly Bakes headquarters. Working on some quality #glutenfree bread recipes for a possible gf bread subscription program for my fellow bread lovers who are missing a decent sandwich every now and then. More to come! 🍞 🥯 🥖

Hi!👋🏼 I’m Griffen and I’m the new owner and baker at Dragonfly Bakes, Turks & Caicos! I’m working hard to prepare for the official launch of my concierge bakery in the upcoming season, but in the meantime here are few things about me:

🍪 I’m a classically trained baker from the US. I’ve lived in Providenciales since 2017 with my husband David, our daughter Luna, and our dog Maggie

🍞 I love bread, but a few years ago I found out that I’m allergic to wheat and am gluten-intolerant after dealing with some unfortunate health issues 😭

🥧 Over the past few years I’ve been developing delicious “won’t miss the gluten” recipes for my cakes, cookies, pies, pastries, and of course bread

🧁I believe that we all deserve to have a treat sometimes. If you want a cookie, have a cookie! But it shouldn’t make you sick 🙅🏻‍♀️ I hope to give everyone an opportunity have a little wholesome indulgence ✨

🍩 Dragonfly Bakes will take special orders, but we also plan to have our treats available at local vendors around the island! Stay tuned for updates!!
