Feeling unsure what to include on your wedding invitations? You’re not alone! I’ve been a wedding stationer for 15 years, and I know how easy it is to forget something important. That’s why I’ve created this simple guide showing the essential elements every invitation needs: • Names of the couple • Date & time of your wedding • Venue details (ceremony + reception if needed) • RSVP information • Extra info like dress code, wedding website, or gift notes 💌 Pro tip: Number your RSVP cards! If a guest forgets to write their name, you can match it to your guest list—this saves so much stress later. Which of these do you think is easiest to forget? Comment below 👇 And if you want personalised, stress-free wedding invitations, send me a DM—I can help you design them perfectly for your day. Save this post for when you start sending out your invites! ⸻ #weddinginvitations #weddingstationery #weddingplanningtips #weddingplanninguk #weddingideas bridetobe2026 weddinginspiration weddingtips weddingstationer weddinginvites weddingchecklist weddingplanningguide weddingplanningmadeeasy bridetips weddingdetails weddingorganisation weddingplanninghelp weddingadvice ukweddings weddingplanningstressfree by @dragonflyprint
Wedding tip for couples who want to see ALL the guest photos from their big day… Your guests will take hundreds of pictures at your wedding — but most couples never actually see them. A really simple way around this is to create a shared photo album and let guests upload their pictures throughout the day by scanning a QR code. There are two easy ways to do it. Option 1 – WhatsApp 1. Create a WhatsApp group for your wedding photos 2. Name it something like “Emma & Jack’s Wedding Photos” 3. Go to Invite via link and copy the group link Option 2 – Google Photos 1. Create a shared album in Google Photos 2. Turn on the option that allows others to add photos 3. Copy the album share link Then simply send me the link and I’ll generate the QR code for you. We print these onto little table cards with a fun “I Spy Wedding” challenge on the back, so guests can capture moments like: • the best dancer • someone laughing • kids dancing • the most fabulous shoes • a group selfie • a sweet moment It turns into a mini photo scavenger hunt and couples end up with loads of candid photos they would never normally get. If you’d like these for your wedding, just send me your WhatsApp or album link and I’ll create the QR code and print the cards for you. I’m curious… Would you use WhatsApp or Google Photos for your wedding pictures? by @dragonflyprint

Printed with your own photograph for a truly personal touch, with space for your invitation wording, key details and a clear wedding day timeline — all thoughtfully laid out in one elegant design. Happy New Year ✨ Kicking off 2026 with the first new design of the year — and I couldn’t love it more. Here’s to a year of beautiful weddings, thoughtful details, and stationery that feels truly personal. If you’re planning a 2026 wedding, this is just the beginning. by @dragonflyprint
If you’re struggling to finalise your table plan, try this: Grab some sticky notes, write each name on one, and shuffle them around on a blank sheet of paper. It’s far easier (and less stressful!) than doing it on a screen. by @dragonflyprint
Invitations may be my best-sellers, but I also create seating plans, orders of service, signage, table numbers, favour tags, sparkler covers and more. If it’s printed and wedding-related, I’ve probably made it! by @dragonflyprint
Did you know… most couples finalise their seating plan 2–3 weeks before the wedding? So if you’re still moving names around, you’re definitely not behind! When you’re ready, I can print your plan quickly — and match it to the rest of your stationery too. by @dragonflyprint
🎨 It’s a Guest Book… but way more fun! 🎉 Swap the standard guest book for something your guests will actually enjoy filling in — and you’ll love looking back on for years to come! Our Wedding Guest Book Poster is designed with blank face outlines for your guests to doodle their own portraits and sign their names underneath. The result? A completely unique piece of art, full of personality, that’s so much more than just signatures. Available with 50, 80, 100, 120 or 150 faces — and if you need a different number, I can create it just for you! 📏 Sizes & Prices: • A3 – £10 + postage • A2 – £15 + postage • A1 – £20 + postage 🖌 Perfect for: • A fun icebreaker at your reception • A keepsake to frame after the big day • Guests of all ages (trust me, even the adults will get competitive!) 💌 Order yours here - https://dragonfly-print-ltd.sumupstore.com/product/wedding-guest-book-alternative-interactive-wedding-games-draw-your-face-doodle-wedding-signage-unique-guest-book-idea — let’s make your guest book unforgettable. by @dragonflyprint
✨ Statement wedding signage ✨ We’ve got something a little special for you… our oversized canvas wedding signs! Printed on gorgeous 330gsm canvas and measuring approx 610mm x 2000mm, these beauties make the perfect backdrop or feature sign for your big day – and they look just as stunning displayed at home afterwards as a keepsake. 💌 Limited quantity – just 10 available at a special rate of £20 plus P&P. Choose from: • Love made us do it • All because two people swiped right • Hey baby, I think I wanna marry you • Something so out of the ordinary • Welcome to our love story Each sign can be personalised with your names and wedding date. They can be hung on a stand, pinned to a door, tree, or fence – and when the day’s over, they roll up beautifully for storage. (This one in the photo has been rolled for 2 years and still looks perfect!) 📦 Rolled for postage. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! by @dragonflyprint
New design alert 💌 I wanted to create something a little more relaxed for couples who don’t want fuss — just something fun, simple and full of love. Our Nothing Fancy, Just Love gatefold invitations are doodle-inspired and light-hearted, with plenty of space inside for all the important details (and a free RSVP QR code to make things easy). They come with envelopes as standard, and you can choose Kraft brown or white to suit your style. Because sometimes, it really is nothing fancy… just love. 💛 by @dragonflyprint
How many wedding invitations do you actually need? Counting wedding invitations can feel a bit overwhelming, but it doesn’t need to be. A good rule of thumb? Order about half your guest list, plus ten. This usually covers couples, families, and any last-minute add-ons without leaving you with piles of unused invites. It’s simple, practical, and takes one small stress off your wedding planning to-do list. #WeddingPlanning #InvitationTips #DragonflyPrint by @dragonflyprint
