Truly honored and deeply grateful to have been given the privilege to serve as a lay person in your formation programs—especially in facilitating recollections and spiritual formation sessions. It has always been a grace-filled experience for me.

Thank you once again for your trust. #spiritual #reflection #mindfulness by @drbhakti_

It is easy to become desensitized or cynical in a world full of violence and apathy—and how morality can erode under constant exposure to evil. Even the
well-intentioned everyday person can be manipulated and fall from grace, if we allow emotions, especially anger, to override reason and ethics.
Vice and moral failings are everywhere, often normalized or ignored by society. Despite overwhelming darkness, it is still worth trying TO DO GOOD- even if the outcome is uncertain. #love #humility #awareness #reflection by @drbhakti_

Facilitated THE LOVE CAMP 2026 at Blue Beach Home, Lian, Batangas, the program created a full experience of reflection, movement, connection, and intention:

● Honest review of 2025 — deep reflection, learning, letting go of what drains energy;
● Fire Healing Dance at sunset — purging, releasing, and energizing;
● Nature Vision Board / Zen Altar — grounding, connecting with the present, creating tangible symbols of intention;
● Swimming in morning sun — body/emotions/mind, and soul renewal. It was a holistic program touching the mind, body, spirit, heart - a living ritual of self-discovery and empowerment, guided to clarity, reflection, and manifestation of our goals for the Fire Horse year.
We connected to nature and ourselves… and the energy, the transformation, the love all around is priceless and alive.

Special thanks to Derek Dee, Moni Mirasol, IPF staff, and IPF members who graced the event with their presence, sharing of experiences, and providing potluck. #meditation #movement #fire #mentalhealth #love by @drbhakti_

THANKSGIVING PARTY CHINESE NEW YEAR 2026 BIRTH ANNIV OF REGINA DEE We gathered for the 2026 IPF Annual Thank You Dinner—an evening that not only marked the beginning of our weekly Life Class sessions but also renewed our hearts in faith and gratitude. The celebration was held at 205 Restaurant in BGC, beautifully hosted by Reese and Miguel. The spacious venue and delicious food were wonderful blessings that added warmth to our fellowship.

More than a celebration, it was a sacred moment of thanksgiving. We honored the birthday of Ma’am Regina, the founder of IPF, whose life and dedication continue to inspire and guide us. We also welcomed the Chinese New Year—the Year of the Horse—with hope and renewed strength, symbolizing perseverance and steadfast faith. As a gesture of unity and prosperity, IPF shared tikoy as a meaningful token of harmony and good fortune.

As IPF celebrates 45 years of God’s faithfulness, the evening became a testament to His unwavering guidance, provision, and grace throughout the years. Truly, the night was filled not only with joy and laughter but with grateful hearts, reminded that every milestone is a reflection of His goodness and love.❤️🦋 by @drbhakti_

The GOAL of the Science of Creative Behavior is to help
