Another class, another step into the festive season. 🎄✨

We’re slowly bringing our Christmas collection to life, and honestly, I’m already way too excited for this time of the year. ❤️

And this is only the beginning. 🎅🏻🥐 by @dreameecakes

Christmas is taking shape, one layer at a time. 🎄✨

Festive colors, playful shapes, and buttery layers dressed for the most wonderful time of the year.

This season, we’re bringing a little more imagination to viennoiserie, turning familiar favorites into something unexpected, colorful, and full of Christmas spirit.

A little early? Maybe. But Christmas is too beautiful to wait. by @dreameecakes

Chocolate, raisins, and a whole lot of layers. 🍫

Crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside, with chocolate melting into every bite. Pain Suisse, but make it irresistible. by @dreameecakes

One of our best-selling products, loved by bakeries and coffee shops. by @dreameecakes

✈️ From Canada to our kitchen, carrying a dream of opening her own bakery.

Every dream begins with passion and hope, but the journey will always come with struggles, sacrifices, and challenges. Only those who stay strong and keep believing can turn their dreams into reality.

To our lovely student, we wish you all the best on your journey back to Canada. May your dream become a beautiful reality, and remember, we’ll always be here to support you whenever you need us.

Your dream is just the beginning. Keep believing, keep creating, and never give up. by @dreameecakes

The secret to a perfect New York Roll?
… Precision in every detail.

A perfect New York Roll should fit snugly inside the mold, with just the right amount of dough, no excessive dough spilling out.
… A beautifully crisp, flaky exterior with a light, airy, and moist interior.

One of the tools I use every day to achieve consistency is this adjustable ruler from @titanionco . It helps me measure the dough accurately, ensuring every roll has the right dimensions for a more uniform shape and bake.

Because in professional pastry, consistency isn’t just about technique. It’s also about having the right tools and paying attention to the smallest details. by @dreameecakes

Familiar doesn’t mean easy. Popular doesn’t mean effortless.

Master the fundamentals, perfect the details, and turn something ordinary into something extraordinary.

Salted Bread — a trend that refuses to fade.

It’s been one of our most requested classes, from group workshops to private 1-on-1 training. And honestly, seeing our students take what they learned and sell them like crazy is the best part.

A simple product, endless possibilities, and most importantly, a product that people keep coming back for.

Still trending. Still selling. Still one of our favorites. by @dreameecakes
