We can’t believe it’s already been 6 years since we’ve started this adventure together. Up and down the Puget Sound spreading a bit of circus magic, heart felt laugher, dolphins with sweaters, and a few happy tears. It’s such a treat to come back each summer. 🥹 The time sure cruises by 🚢 when your having fun. Grab a buddy and your best swimwear as upupup brings in year six with a splash. 🌊

Such a tender and subtle air flow from this duo, performing for @upupupinc in Portland. Thank you for bringing the message of holding and supporting through your bodies and movements. #Portland#photography#circus#death#art#artphotography#picoftheday#photooftheday#black#dark#contemporary #eclecticdecor #contemporaryart #instagood#unicycle#aerial#contortion#circuslife#bwphotography#art#love#artist#aesthetic#vintage#circus#magic#performance by @dreamefrohe

Hello! Been a long time. My training has been out of sorts and I haven’t been hooping around as much as I’d like- but today I did and finally got this sequence to be more like a thing.

FEATURED PERFORMER: DREAM FROHE!

This performer hardly needs an introduction, as she’s known far and wide for her breathtaking and innovative aerial hoop artistry… but in case you’re new here:

Dream Frohe (@dreamefrohe) is an aerialist with a passion for thoughtful and dynamic movement. In essence, she makes a practice of joyfully hoisting herself into improbable positions for the sake of honest expression. Using her background as a gymnast, in addition to a life long interest in dance and other art forms, she brings strong technique and a fresh style into her work as a performer, instructor and choreographer. She has been teaching and performing aerial dance nationally and internationally, for over 10 years and is a founding member of the Bellingham Circus Guild, where she currently teaches and trains.

Get ready to gasp, be inspired, and pull your jaw up off the floor at this weekend’s BCG Aerial Showcase, December 5-8th! Snatch your tickets while you still can: BellinghamCircusGuild.com 🌟 by @dreamefrohe

Halloween is just around the corner and multiple showtimes are almost sold out!

Howdy hoopers, I’ve got some openings in my schedule for online students! I’m the very most excited to work with folks on act/choreo development but am also happy to focus on spinning/flair technique, strength moves, rolling skills or anything else I tend to dabble in. DM me for details🥰
