Two authors. Two completely different stories. One incredibly talented illustrator bringing both worlds to life!

What does a little girl with a big imagination and a mermaid who serves as a guardian of the sea have in common?

Both of their stories were brought to life through the beautiful illustrations of Dreamora Studio!

Tasia C. Taylor and Elise Redziniak may write about different adventures, but they share a passion for creating children's books that encourage young readers to dream big, believe in themselves, and discover just how capable they really are.

Behind every beautifully illustrated children's book is an artist who helps turn an author's imagination into something children can see, connect with, and remember.

We're so excited to celebrate the creativity and collaboration that make these stories possible!

Tell us in the comments: What's your favorite part of a children's book, the story or the illustrations?

I can’t wait to see what you create😉 by @dreamora_std

Sometimes the best toy is not really a toy at all. 🥄💗

That idea is at the heart of Ashtyn Can Be Anything.

Give a child a wooden spoon and you might see a wooden spoon. They might see a magic wand, a microphone, sports equipment, something a pirate desperately needs, or the beginning of an adventure through outer space.

I wanted to write a story that celebrates that kind of childhood. The kind where kids have room to imagine, create, pretend, and turn ordinary things into something completely extraordinary.

Sometimes we are so focused on finding things for our kids to do that we forget how incredibly good they are at creating something to do themselves.

Ashtyn reminds us that imagination does not require a screen, an expensive toy, or an elaborate activity. Sometimes all it needs is permission to run wild.

Because when you are a kid, a wooden spoon can become an entire world.

And Ashtyn? She can be anything. 💗

Ashtyn Can Be Anything releases November 16, 2026! 📚✨

BIG NEWS! 🥹📚✨ My next children’s book officially has a release date!

Ashtyn Can Be Anything is coming November 16, 2026! 💗

This story is a celebration of something I think childhood needs more of: the freedom to imagine. Give Ashtyn an ordinary wooden spoon, and suddenly it can be sports equipment, a magic wand, something a pirate needs, a microphone, or the beginning of an adventure in outer space.

Kids do not always need more toys, more activities, or more things to keep them busy. Sometimes they just need the space to create, pretend, explore, and be a little silly.

That is the heart behind Ashtyn Can Be Anything. I wanted to create a book that reminds kids that their imaginations can turn the most ordinary things into entire worlds.

I cannot wait for you to meet Ashtyn, Molly, and Reggie and experience all the adventures one little wooden spoon can inspire. 🥄✨

Mark your calendars for November 16! More details about ordering, launch plans, and all things Ashtyn are coming VERY soon. 💗📚

I found some children’s book with art styles and stories that are super interesting! And yes I am bring them home hahaahhah, I can’t help myself that day!

This first book is from @kimberlyderting and illustrated by @shihopate I really love how well the story fits it’s target audience. The wording is super simple, light, and easy for kids around that age to understand. And THE ILLUSTRATION IS SO CUTE??!!!! EXCUSE ME😭😭

And there is the second book by @jyotirgopal and it’s illustrated by @soniasillustration I SWEAR I absolutely LOVE the illustrations in this one! THEY’RE SOOOOO PRETTY🫵🏻

The whimsical illustrations met a cultural story is just a chef’s kiss!!!!! There’s no word can describe more.
