We exist to promote a culture of mental wellness through music and creative expression.
Dream. Create. Inspire. ✨

POSTS STORIES REELS

We’re still processing everything that happened this past Saturday… 🤯

What started as a conversation around stress turned into a moment of real release.
People laid things down. Burdens got lighter. Peace stepped in.

Mental health matters. Healing is real. And sometimes the first step is admitting the weight you’ve been carrying.

Worship hit different. Community felt deeper. And God met us right in the middle of it all.

If you were in the room, you felt it.
If you missed it…make sure you’re with us next year!

☀️It truly takes a community! 🤝

This summer, our campers were inspired by incredible vendors who shared their time, talents, and expertise to create unforgettable learning experiences.

From reading literacy and STEM to character development, emotional intelligence, art, wellness, and community service, each vendor helped our campers grow in meaningful ways.

Stress doesn’t always sound like panic.
Sometimes it looks like exhaustion, headaches, body tension, trouble sleeping, lack of focus, or feeling emotionally drained all the time.

Your body responds to what your mind carries.

This is your reminder to pause and take care of yourself intentionally:
➡️ Get outside
➡️ Rest without guilt
➡️ Talk to someone you trust
➡️ Pray/meditate
➡️ Drink water & eat real meals
➡️ Create moments of peace, not just productivity

You don’t have to wait until burnout to start caring for yourself. 🧠✨

“Chasing After You” felt like more than a song in this moment.

In a season where so many people feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and mentally exhausted, stressed, this was a reminder to keep chasing after the Father where you can find peace and purpose.

Not the pressure.
Not the noise.
Not the constant grind.

Just something real. ✨

Mental Health Awareness Month is more than a hashtag.
Check on your people. Check on yourself. Slow down when needed. And remember — taking care of your mind matters too. 🧠✨

We consume so much every single day that we don’t even realize how heavy it’s becoming.

News. Notifications. Opinions. Pressure. Constant scrolling.
At some point, your mind starts carrying more than it was meant to.

One of the most impactful conversations from ETC was around stress, information overload, and learning when to disconnect so you can reconnect with yourself again.

Sometimes peace starts with putting the phone down. 📱✨
