10 steps to the perfect front lever entry 🔥

What a weekend… 🥈🥳

Spent the weekend in Copenhagen competing @wefly_tournament and ya boy took home 2nd place 🙌🏼

But its never about winning or losing.. its about the experience, energy & enjoyment, Everything I did in training I landed in comp that alone made me a winner in my book 📖

But most importantly this is me sending my love to all the incredible people/athletes I met and connected with this weekend you’re all amazing and make this community what it is 🫶🏼

How to start front lever from zero 🎯

Most people skip these basic tips and wonder why they never progress…

Master these 4 things first :
✅Tuck front lever
✅Scapula retraction + depression
✅Bar width & entry position

Save this for your next session 👇🏼

When the EGO is to high 🤦🏼‍♂️ by @dreamy_sw

You won’t believe this story 🙂‍↔️

The opening of @barmesa_enki Calisthenics park set me on a path of calisthenics for life, working, living and competing in the sport 🫶🏼

Seeing athletes like @tommy_bodyweight & @bonhealthysi as a 16 year old kid motivated me in another kind of way , shout out to you boys 😉

This is the story of what set me on the path im on today and im forever grateful for the people I’ve met along the way 🙌🏼 by @dreamy_sw

Can you get the 3rd rep? 🫢

Inspired by @nicky.lyan 🫶🏼 by @dreamy_sw

Nobody wants to admit 🫢

Statics or Dynamics? Coming back from injury has taught me a lot of things now that im getting back into my training 😅

My body remembers dynamics so quickly… I was super shocked at how comfortable I was when I first trained dynamics after 3 months 🙌🏼

Statics on the other hand needed some work, of course I was expecting to loose strength but its always hard seeing what you’ve lost 🥲

Reminder : Your MIND remembers what you CAN do, BUT your body doesn’t CARE 😂 by @dreamy_sw

I saw the car first 🙂‍↔️ by @dreamy_sw

Why am I called Dreamy? 😂

This is WHY, long story short Macdonalds and stupid Irish people made me have this nickname and I love it 🙂‍↔️

I was in the middle of training and I thought why haven’t I told this golden story on instagram before.. so here it is 🙌🏼 by @dreamy_sw

The story behind the person 🔥

This is @davidqdn_ck you may know him or may not this is his story, From pro athlete to gym owner all the way to father of 2 kids 🙌🏼

To live off of Calisthenics let alone run a gym, be a pro athlete and to be successful at each of those things is a huge accomplishment and he’s still here in the game 🤩

Kept this video on the longer end since I think the journey David has been on deserves the length and I hope you enjoy 🙂‍↔️ by @dreamy_sw
