Throwback to Aurora Hops... That's me and Kristen, a few years and one brand ago, working a trade show table in California. On Sunday we're back behind a table together, this time pouring Lolo at the Urban Gleaners Summer Supper. The Redd on Salmon, 5 to 8pm. Come find us. #summersupper #urbangleaners #pdxfood #drinklolo #throwback by @drink.lolo
Two ways to enjoy Lolo on Sunday. Yuzu Blossom, fragrant and citrus forward. Pomelo Sage, bright and a little herbal. Both hopped, both zero proof, both getting a gleaned garnish from the Urban Gleaners crew. Summer Supper, this Sunday at The Redd. Tickets in bio. #drinklolo #summersupper #urbangleaners #nabeverage #pdx by @drink.lolo
We're pouring at Summer Supper 🌿 This Sunday, Urban Gleaners takes over The Redd for a night of food from some of Portland's best chefs, all in support of rescuing good food and getting it to families who need it. Lolo will be there pouring both Yuzu Blossom and Pomelo Sage, in very good company. Tickets at the link in bio. Excited that @drink.lolo will be back at Circle V Portland this year! At our 2025 festival, Lolo Hops founder Victoria Pustynsky shared that new packaging was on the way. Here it is! Can’t wait for you to try this delightful sparkling botanical soft drink. LOLO HOPS Lolo celebrates hops as a vibrant botanical ingredient — bright, aromatic, and full of unexpected depth. Grown in the Pacific Northwest and blended with bold citrus and florals, our sparkling drinks offer a new way to experience flavor. Lolo emerged from years of exploring what it means to create thoughtful, layered, non-alcoholic drinks. As a female-founded company rooted in the Pacific Northwest, we’ve always been guided by plants—their complexity, their rituals, and the way they shape how we feel. Inspired by our early work with whole-plant infusions and the sensory overlap between hops and hemp, we turned our attention to what hops could do beyond beer. Through blending, tasting, and testing whole-plant infusions, we kept coming back to hops. Not for their bitterness, but for their aromatics — the citrus, the herbs, the florals. Lolo is the result: a botanical sparkling drink that puts hops at the center, and flavor at the forefront. Hi again! I'm Victoria, the person behind Lolo. 👋 I started this because I wanted a drink that felt sophisticated and satisfying without the alcohol; built around Pacific Northwest hops and local terroir, real botanicals, and just a touch of sweetness. This is Lolo's third chapter, and it's the closest the brand has ever felt to what I set out to make: more intentional, more adorable, and designed for how people actually drink today. That's Yuzu Blossom in one hand and Pomelo Sage in the other; the two that started it all (remember Aurora Hops?). More to come. 🌿 by @drink.lolo
The Lolo pour. Over a big cube, a twist of citrus, maybe a sage leaf if you're feeling it. No mixing required — but a little ritual never hurts. by @drink.lolo
Golden hour, garden edition. There's a certain kind of evening that asks for something crisp, floral, and grown-up — but clear-headed. That's the whole idea behind Lolo. Yuzu Blossom + Pomelo Sage, out in their element. Save this for your next slow evening. by @drink.lolo
Lolo, meet lunch. Turns out a hops-forward soda is a ridiculously good dinner-table companion — bright enough to cut through rich food, dry enough to keep up with it. Yuzu Blossom loves seafood + salads; Pomelo Sage was born for a cheese board. Save for your next spread. What would you pair it with? by @drink.lolo
Cascadia magic, in a can. The Pacific Northwest isn't just where we're from — it's the flavor. Verdant, floral, a little mysterious. Our hops are terroir-driven, so every sip tastes like these forests and sun-kissed valleys. Our little love letter to the region. by @drink.lolo
