Still can’t believe this little idea in my head somehow turned into… all this!
A few months ago, it was just me making tiramisu at home and overthinking every single layer like my life depended on it. (Spoiler: my kitchen looked like a cocoa powder crime scene) 😅
Now I’m standing in a professional kitchen, covered in cocoa powder at 1AM, emotionally attached to mascarpone, and arguing with myself over the perfect amount of sugar.
Life is weird.
But honestly… I think there’s something beautiful about caring a LITTLE too much about what you create!
What people see today is tiramisu.
What they don’t see is the hundreds of little ideas, packaging concepts, branding details, colors, logos, late-night thoughts, excitement, doubts… and sometimes even nightmares(about running out of mascarpone) … slowly coming to life.
There’s something surreal about creating everything yourself. ✨
One day it only exists in your head at 2AM…and the next day, you’re holding it in your hands for real.
In a world where everything moves fast, I wanted to make something slower. Something intentional. Something people could actually feel.
And seeing you connect with it the way you do genuinely means more than you think. 🥰
So thank you for being here this early! This is only the beginning 🫶🏻 by @drip.tiramisu

We feel like a lot of people are just looking for desserts that actually taste like something.

Not just sweet… but real flavors you can recognize.
Pistachio that tastes like pistachio.
Strawberry that actually feels fresh.
Textures that make sense in every bite.
That’s really what we focus on when we build each tiramisu.

If that’s your kind of dessert… you’ll get it.

Pre-order yours and add it to your ritual 😮‍💨 Ottawa deserves unforgettable desserts. by @drip.tiramisu

The most stressful part of making a tiramisu slab? Taking the frame off 😬

You can spend hours making sure every layer is perfect, but that final moment… you just have to trust the process.

And when it comes off like THIS? Best feeling ever! 😌

Made from scratch, right here in Ottawa.
