Anne Yarısı (The Other Half of My Mother) 🖤

Anne Yarısı is a Turkish drama filled with family secrets, emotional struggles, hidden truths, and the unbreakable bond between a mother and her child. A story about love, sacrifice, and the pain of discovering truths that can change everything.

Anne Yarısı

Anne Yarısı is a Turkish drama filled with family, love, secrets, sacrifice, and the complicated bonds that connect people together. At the center of the story is the Altay family, a powerful family whose carefully protected world begins to change when Ali returns after years away.

Story:

The story follows Ali Altay, a proud and strong-willed man who returns to his family after spending years in prison.

But Ali’s return isn’t the same as coming home.

He soon discovers a life-changing truth: he has a daughter named Ege.

As Ali tries to become part of his daughter’s life, he finds himself facing Zeynep, a woman who has her own deep connection with Ege and refuses to simply walk away from her.

What begins as a struggle over a child soon becomes something much bigger.

Old secrets begin to surface.
Family conflicts grow deeper.
And the past that everyone tried to leave behind slowly comes back.

Ali must face his complicated relationship with his mother Meryem, the expectations of the Altay family, and the painful truth about the people he once loved.

Between love, family, sacrifice, and secrets, Ali has to decide what kind of man—and what kind of father—he wants to become.

Because sometimes, being a family isn’t about blood.

It’s about who stays.
Who sacrifices.
And who chooses to love you when everything falls apart. 🖤🥀

Anne Yarısı isn’t just a story about a mother and a child.

It’s a story about broken families.
Hidden truths.
Second chances.
And a father trying to find his place in a life he never knew existed.

Because sometimes, the people who change your life the most…

are the ones you never knew you were missing. 🤍
