Montrose just got a new address worth dressing for.

A martini with a twist. Crudo in a pink-lit glow. Pasta under a snowfall of parmesan. Fries you’ll pretend to share.

House of Louie, from Justin Yu and Bobby Heugel. Montrose. Dinner only but lunch options soon. Cocktails by @machinehun Soft opening happened, but it means you can still get a table, for now.

Save this for the night you actually want to impress someone. Send it to the person you’d order for.

📍 1931 Fairview Ave, Montrose Open every day 4:30pm-10:30pm. #HouseOfLouie #HoustonFoodie #HoustonEats #HTXEats #HoustonRestaurants by @drpauhtx

Houston, this was a rare kind of night. 🥩✨

30+ steak spots, live-fire cooking, creative bites and a whole lot of Houston food talent in one place? RARE Steak Championship understood the assignment.

A few bites that stood out to me: Doris Metropolitan, Xolo, Mexquite and Pearl & Vine. Different styles, beautiful presentations, and plenty to appreciate beyond the steak itself.

Now tell me, Houston food people: which bite would you have gone back for—and where should I eat next? 👀

Saturday at the Bayou City Art Festival, in color 🎨🌿 @bayoucityartfestival
Wandered Memorial Park for hours: pink pop art, sunflowers bigger than my face, wire dancers, a very stylish pup in pink Crocs, and the best snack break
Tell me your favorite artist booth below 👇
Save this for next year’s art day, and send it to the friend you’d drag along 🤍

Houston knows how to throw a party. Especially when the guest list is stacked with chefs. 🍸🔥

Southern Smoke Fest 2026: exceptional bites, cocktails worth a pause, serious culinary talent, bunch of hospitality friends and a cause that hits home.

The plot twist? This feast helped raise $2 MILLION for food & beverage workers in crisis. Now that’s a good aftertaste. 🧡

Save this for your Houston foodie bucket list, tell me your standout bite in the comments, and follow for more Houston food experiences worth leaving the house for. TY @drinkcutabove

Untitled Art Houston—a weekend of looking closer and lingering longer. ✨
From Huey Lightbody to the pieces that made me pause, this was the kind of art experience I wanted to take a little of home with me.
I saved my favorites for the final moments: works by Danielle Hodson and Marco Di Giovanni. Unexpected, captivating, and still on my mind.
Watch to the end and tell me—which one would you bring home? #UntitledArtHouston #HoustonArt #ThingsToDoInHouston #ContemporaryArt #artlovers

Houston, you understood the assignment. 🍷✨ A weekend of good food, great wine, and the kind of energy you wish you could bottle. Next stop: Dallas for Chefs for Farmers, Nov 6–8. Who’s coming? Let me know down in comments 😃

A little daily ritual for feeling your best from the inside out ✨
Between full days, busy schedules, and trying to keep wellness simple, I love finding routines that are both effective and enjoyable. Physician’s Choice Fiber Gummies are a delicious, easy-to-take addition to my day—supporting regular digestion and gut health, one tasty gummy at a time. 💚❤️
I found mine during my H‑E‑B run, so adding a little extra digestive-wellness support to your routine is as easy as adding them to your cart. Available at H‑E‑B stores across Texas!
What’s one non-negotiable in your daily wellness routine? 👇

Wtf is Matcha? Let’s do Ceviches, Aguachiles & Miches Chic, fresh, and family-owned @cevicheriatx — this new mariscos spot between Montrose and Midtown is exactly the kind of place Houston food lovers will obsess over. This new location is full of flavor — seafood for the seafood lovers, tacos for everyone else, and micheladas for days. Save this spot, share it with your foodie friend, and thank me later. #HoustonEats #HoustonFoodie #seafoodlove #houstonrestaurants by @drpauhtx

Houston’s newest date night is CAIA @caiahouston
Ceviche dips, arancini croquettes, steak frites, grilled prawns, espresso martinis, and Old Money, the Ace + Last call cocktails… every course understood the assignment.
Save this one. Send it to the friend who always asks for the next spot.

POV: you go to @walmart for one thing and leave with a full dog wellness plan 🐶
Noticed my pups were a little too itchy lately… so Aller-911 Allergy Aid Soft Chews by NaturVet came home with us.
Now it’s part of our daily routine and let’s just say… the scratching has decreased and the attitude has improved and they clearly love the flavor.
10/10 would recommend fixing your dog’s mood before your own.

Staycation-Date night, but make it tucked away and very in-the-know ✨ Hotel Vesper is such a chic little escape near the Galleria — aesthetic in every corner, calm in the best way, and perfectly set up for a lovely Houston staycation before a night at the symphony.
Caché made the night starting with happy hour, an incredible bartender, and outstanding food, and breakfast the next morning was just as good. Truly such a beautiful Tribute Portfolio stay from Marriott, with the kind of service that makes you want to plan the next visit before checkout.
Must try the lobster roll I’m still thinking about it 🙌🏽 @cachecocktailbarhouston @hotelvesperhouston @housymphony #houstonstaycation #houstonhotels #luxurystaycation #visithouston #MarriottBonvoy by @drpauhtx
