My WHY - getting random text message updates from my past athletes/patients are what PUSH me to keep grindin on my rough days throughout my journey. People may never remember your name but they’ll ALWAYS remember how you made them FEEL.

Monday Mindset 🧠🔒✅ by @drq_83

For those of you who know me….know I’ve been at this school grind for a MINUTE. As an African American Black Male- tryna elevate yourself through higher academia - is a challenge that you’ll never be able to fully comprehend. So today when my UM Master Degree came - I stopped everything I was doing to hang it up. This might be one of my favorite pictures ever throughout my journey in becoming a Sports Physical Therapist💯
