What a moment! Corinne, 2nd female finisher of the Javelina 100K, came flying into the Jackass aid station making everyone laugh. Congratulations, @corinne_shalvoyage — you do it with such beauty and energy! Was so excited to catch you as you were headed out after the race to congratulate ya— you were dazzling everyone! Hope you’re feeling amazing! 🌵💫 #JavelinaJundred #UltraRunning #trailfamily @javelinajundred @@aravaiparunning #corinne_shalvoyage by @drrunda
The hottest spot to cool off! 🔥❄️ Jackass Aid Station’s ice pool was the place to be — runners stuffing ice in bras, bandanas, sleeves, undies, and anywhere it would fit 😅 Some even took the plunge! Did you jump in? Tag yourself if you spot your frosty self! 🧊🏜️ @amglaze @tara.dower @javelinajundred @anddiebrekele #JavelinaJundred @aravaiparunning #JackassAidStation #UltraRunning #DesertHeat #TrailCommunity by @drrunda
Grateful for the years of adventure, peace, and community at the North Rim 💛 From long R2R2R treks to that sweet moment of rest in the North lodge—these memories run deep. With the closure this season, I'm sending love to the kind folks who made it feel like home. Until next time, North Rim. ✨ I'll mix visiting you in two weeks. @grandcanyonnps #NorthRim #RimToRimToRim #TrailLove #gratitudeattitude by @drrunda

Jackass Aid - Loop 1 - The Ladies! One of my favorite parts of volunteering at Jackass Aid is getting to see these incredible women come through, sharing a few moments of encouragement, offering a helping hand, and cheering them on as they make their way through the miles. What an amazing group of athletes coming through on Loop 1 of the Javelina Jundred! A few of the incredible women we had the pleasure of seeing: @kt_asmuth @jadebelzberg @hjacksonracing - And one more amazing woman whose name I haven't been able to identify yet! If you recognize her, please let me know so I can give her a shout-out, too! There's something special about being on the other side of the race for a change. The smiles, the determination, the quick conversations, and even those moments when a little encouragement or a cold sponge can make someone's day. Congratulations to all the women who took on the Javelina Jundred! It was a joy to be part of your journey, even for just a few minutes at Jackass Aid. by @drrunda
@javelinajundred | Jackass Aid – Loop 1 The first group of men cruising through! What a fun way to kick off the day at Jackass Aid. Great clip of @lightningraj (Rajpaul Pannu) getting his flasks filled by Dan. He looked strong and steady every time he came through our aid station. I remember seeing him last year sitting outside the medical tent with an injury, so I was especially pumped to see him come back this year, finish strong, and land in the Top 5! What a comeback! There was some serious talent coming through that first loop, including @blakeslat Slattengren, @Cade Michael, Can-Hua Luo, @noah_dusseau Dusseau, @banta.visuals Banta, @robmolke, and others. And what a race it turned out to be! Congratulations to @robmolke, our 100-mile men's champion, and @noah_dusseau Dusseau, who finished an incredibly close second, followed by Can-Hua Luo in third. Congratulations to ALL our finishers! It was a privilege to be part of the energy, encouragement, and incredible community that makes this race so special. Jackass Aid never disappoints! 💚🐗 by @drrunda
