Before you buy another supplement or sign up for another “nervous system hack”… let’s pause for a second. ✋
We love that nervous system regulation is finally trending. It’s a conversation that needs to be happening because the nervous system truly is the foundation of everything. 🧠
But here’s what most people (and even most providers) miss…
You can’t regulate a nervous system that still needs to be repaired first. That’s why so many parents tell us,
“I’ve tried everything- supplements, detoxes, therapy, workouts, diet changes, and I still feel stuck.” Because when the nervous system is stuck in a stress (fight/flight) pattern, it doesn’t matter how many “hacks” you try; your body can’t fully heal or respond.

At Tree Of Life Chiropractic we don’t guess… we measure.
Through our Neurological INSiGHT Scans, we can see exactly how your nervous system is functioning and where it’s stuck, so we can help it repair from the inside out. 🧠
When the foundation is healed, the rest starts working again… naturally. ♥️

2025- what a year 🤩 There are few things more dear to my heart than reflecting on a year full of beautiful life experiences- helping moms through their motherhood transition, adjusting tiny infants as they adapt to the world outside the womb, and taking care of families of all types to create a healthier community for everyone. There is so much magic that happens within these four walls and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your journey and to hold sacred space for all the tiny and big moments. Chiropractic care allows us to create community here- to build stronger connection within ourselves and with others. What could be better!
Here is to 2026- to the beauty, the laughs, the cries, the joy, and everything in between. We are deeply grateful for your trust in us and cant wait to see where this year takes us all! by @drsheakramer

2 years ago, Dr Mariah sent us a message that she was on a quest to Seattle and looking for a place to share her love of prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, and lucky for us that she landed at Tree of Life 🤩 Since then we have laughed, cried, built businesses, expanded locations, adjusted thousands of amazing humans, snuggled tons of babies, supported all the mamas through their pregnancies, and have had the best of times 🥹🥹 We are feeling SO bittersweet to announce that this chapter is coming to an end, and Dr Mariah is taking her incredible talents back to her home state of Georgia at the end of the month❣️ We are wishing her the absolute best and her next community is so very lucky to experience her healing touch! Make sure to hop on our schedule before December 23 to see her :) Drop a note about her amazing impact below so she can see how much she is loved 🥹🥹⬇️⬇️
