@that_sheldon_fam and kids surprised me with matching red panda outfits for Halloween! by @drsheldonnp
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! @knoxbeckett_32 is dressed as Roronora Zoro and is so big! This is the first year @kensingtonsheldon and I have skipped NYCDA, because she wanted to throw a Halloween Party for her friends! I was always so worried big kids wouldn’t want to trick or treat, but we are still going strong! Hope everyone has the best night! by @drsheldonnp
High school students might be my favorite. Today, I had 3 girls come back into my room after they rotated through and said “Dr. Sheldon, you’re like literally a Barbie and living my dream.” And that made my day 😆. So moral of the story- just go hang out with high schoolers for a morning. They’ll make you feel so great! by @drsheldonnp
It’s never just an appointment about the sore throat, for the filler, or about the weight loss…. It becomes so much more. Healthcare should be founded in a relationship with your provider. I am so honored to be that person you trust with your beauty and healthcare by @drsheldonnp

Prayers answered this week! About 2 months ago, Kensington started having back pain and we noticed a curve in her back at her school physical. Eventually, X-rays confirmed the diagnosis of scoliosis. On the initial X-rays, it looked like she was going to need bracing. A few weeks ago, she started having some pretty scary symptoms in her legs, which aren’t usual for kids with scoliosis, so we had a further work up. Fortunately, this workup was negative, and just plain ole scoliosis- but didn’t explain her symptoms. Yesterday, not only did we receive the news that her curve is less than initially measured, but that she likely pinched a nerve in her hip, and the leg symptoms are prob due to that, not her back. She has to let the hip heal for 6 weeks then will be back to her full stuff, with just allowing rest for her back as needed. She will continue PT and treatment with Airrosti (the GOAT, Dr. Rutledge) and keep dancing as much as she can. Her PA, a former gymnast, is seriously the best, and got on her level to help her understand everything. I’m so so thankful for her team. Thank you everyone who has been praying us through this!! Total total blessing here! by @drsheldonnp
Any of my Dance Dynamics mommas leave a hat at Chandelier in Vegas? LOL. I found it! by @drsheldonnp

Me feeling really great about myself. Got a good nights rest, started the morning off great, my microneedling glow is kicking in…. Humbled immediately by a patient who starts the visit (before I even sit down) with “are you as tired as you look?” Happy Tuesday everyone. I hope you’re having a great day, not just a good day. by @drsheldonnp
Working with my mama is seriously the most fun ever! Yall, she made cookies for our event today, and is wearing @plumeriahealth scrubs! (Thank you @bethsembroideryanddesign for doing them!). We still have a couple openings! Stop by, get a touch up, grab a cookie and an air freshener from @xlabelapparel! We can’t wait to see you!!! by @drsheldonnp
Had the most fun volunteering at the @houstonfoodbank with @kensingtonsheldon this afternoon for @ncl_kings_trails_chapter We filled up 10 giant distribution crates which will serve around 5,000 people this week. I HIGHLY recommend that you go serve!!! by @drsheldonnp
Happy Birthday to my better, more fun half. He’s the one that makes everyone laugh and doesn’t take life too seriously. He loves hard and lights up when he gets to be the hands and feet of Jesus. He is my biggest cheerleader and best friend. I love you @that_sheldon_fam !!! by @drsheldonnp
