Do you ever feel weighed down?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Like you don’t have any space?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Doesn’t feel fun huh…⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I know this feeling all too well. Actually I thought life was just supposed to be like that.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I spent most of my life unhappy and assuming that was the way things would turn out for me.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Luckily, I had a ‘quarter life crisis’ and chose not to end my life but actually have a new beginning and I knew things had to change⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ What surprised me was not the mental health recovery with no meds - that part was easy compared to the challenges that my career transition from a typical job to an entrepreneur posed⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It challenged every belief and definition I had of myself. Self imposed and those imposed on me. I didn’t know how much those were affecting me in my personal but also professional life⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ In this video, I share how this amazing tool of breathwork was the missing piece of my healing journey and accelerated my healing path by introducing me to liberation - something I want every person to experience⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I have since become a breathwork facilitator and this is my ‘why’ - why I am doing what I do since I have been asked this question a few times.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you resonate with this video and are interested in booking a session with me, just send me a DM and we can get started! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Be on the lookout for more content from me soon ;) by @drtracydebi
There are some connections that transcend the ordinary, and Kat was one of them. Though she’s left her physical form, the magnitude of our 11+ years together is still settling in. My relationship with her never fit into any box. I was shopping on a Friday night and ran over to Petco (like I had done many times before). I walked in and made eye contact with her immediately. Something happened in that moment that I don’t quite have words for - but I’ll call it a deep recognition. I felt like I knew her and it was just time to take her home. But I walked away without adopting her since I couldn’t have pets per my lease. I went to bed that night and instantly had a dream where my deceased relative asked me why I didn’t listen to that voice…I didn’t have answer. I tapped into the future where I didn’t go back to get her and it was so small. So despite it not making sense - I got up at dawn, waiting for the store to open and got there first thing to adopt her. I have never been more sure of anything. The whole process was ease (my landlord didn’t even mind). The adoption agency told me that Kat hit the jackpot because I was going to spoil her for life. They weren’t wrong! But I had no idea how much she would spoil me 🥹. I spent just over 11 years living with a Supernova - a magnanimous being full of infinite wisdom. Kat showed me what it’s like to lead with curiosity to the max. She was always up for the adventure, and it amazed me how much I learned about kindness and patience from her 🥰. We had adventures all over North America on road trips, planes and ferries. I watched people fall in love with her instantly because she was herself - even the Petco employees had developed such a bond that they walked me out crying when I adopted her. I’ll miss her Winter beard and Summer shed. Her morning purrs and late night zoomies. Stepping over her toys she brought me overnight. Putting my face in the softest fur whenever I want. Watching her smell fresh air each morning. Kat, I’m so grateful for knowing you, loving you and being loved by you. I look forward to continuing our relationship differently now. Until we see each other again, you always know where to find me 🙌❤️ by @drtracydebi

For a while now, I have flirted with really showing up. Not just on social media but in my life.⁣ ⁣ Showing up for me.⁣ ⁣ I always find a reason and excuse not to. I got used to being the nice person who makes everyone happy.⁣ ⁣ I got used to giving myself up to help everyone else.⁣ ⁣ I would define myself so harshly and be so worried about how I would be judged by everyone else. I would bend and fold myself just to avoid judgements.⁣ I didn’t realize I was the one judging me. I judged my body, my awareness and my entire being.⁣ ⁣ I got used to completely rejecting myself before anyone else could.⁣ ⁣ And now, I am on a different path. One that has no end.⁣ ⁣ I am choosing differently, even though it’s terrifying sometimes.⁣ ⁣ What if I am a gift, just as I am?⁣ ⁣ and⁣ ⁣ What if you are a gift too, just as you are?⁣ ⁣ Thank you to @thebirdspapaya for inspiring me! by @drtracydebi
7 years ago I had this wild idea: what if my office was the forest? ⁣ ⁣ What if restoring a deep connection with nature created magic with bodies that was unexplainable? ⁣ ⁣ I thought I was crazy 🤪 and making shit up⁣ ⁣ Turns out, I was connecting to something very real 🤩⁣ ⁣ It has taken me awhile but I finally get that the biggest thing stopping me, is me. ⁣ ⁣ Me thinking I was crazy and just giving up..⁣ ⁣ I recently changed that and allowed the Universe to SHOW me HOW this can be possible ⁣ ⁣ And damn what a delivery! 🔥♥️⁣ ⁣ How does it get even better!?⁣ ⁣ And to that whisper that’s also inside of you: what if it is real? And you didn’t give up on it? What would be possible then? ✨ by @drtracydebi
Einstein is my guy and I have been so curious about him since I was little! ⁣ ⁣ Did you know that he received information from ‘nowhere’ and wrote it down just the way he received it AND then realized ‘oh this is so advanced, I think I have to go to school to learn how to decipher this’⁣ ⁣ He did not say this is gobbly goop, blah blah, let me diminish it⁣ ⁣ To me, everyone knows his name and will continue to know his name because he so deeply trusted himself, the Universe and was true to himself. He also knew we are changing constantly and chose to embrace the shit out of that⁣ ⁣ I wonder what the planet would be like if we all deeply acknowledged and embraced change the way he showed us was possible?⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #foodforthough #einsteinquotes #embracingchange #changeforthebetter by @drtracydebi

I went on a social media holiday of sorts 😂🙏 and discovered one question that changed basically my whole reality ⁣ ⁣ The question I asked myself was: ‘is this working for ME?’⁣ ⁣ ‘This’ being areas in my life where I felt stuck or stagnant; and we’re just not working ⁣ ⁣ You see as a breathwork facilitator I learned about projections - which are unresolved emotions/experiences people hold onto and then apply to people and/or scenarios. ⁣ ⁣ The interesting thing is that others also project and expect onto YOU! So if you’re not aware of that, you take it on as your personal problem…and it’s basically a lie because it was never yours to begin with ⁣ ⁣ I created a mountain of crap in my life and none of it was mine anyway…and I spent a lot of time and money ‘figuring it’ out and became a decent head tripper trying to make cognitive sense out of it..⁣ ⁣ Breathwork was the key that allowed me to move beyond my head and really discover what wasn’t working for me and funny enough what was true for me became more clear!⁣ ⁣ I cannot wait for you to experience what I have and am so excited to offer you ways you can do that with me! ⁣ ⁣ Click the link in my bio to sign up for my email list so you stay in the know and keep your eyes here for something juicy I am offering you to connect deeply with yourself! by @drtracydebi
(Gulp…)⁣ ⁣ An old mentor of mine said you know when something is True - you just feel it.⁣ ⁣ I used to think ‘I have to be in charge of my life & employ the tools of control, force & effort’⁣ ⁣ I seriously did not think there was another way…hence me experiencing burnout so many times in my life⁣ ⁣ What I have learned is that when I believed I had to control things, I had very fixed points of view. It HAS to happen this way…⁣ ⁣ Which led my body to living off the hormones of stress⁣ ⁣ And, I was NEVER in the present moment ⁣ ⁣ ‘Let me create a plan for how this will come to be’⁣ ⁣ Vs.⁣ ⁣ Allowing the energy to unfold and recognizing the support available in the present moment ⁣ ⁣ Unfortunately, many of us are taught force, control and effort are the only options available for us to have what we desire & we have become addicted to it⁣ ⁣ It doesn’t have to be this way! There is another way⁣ ⁣ I recorded a podcast episode on this topic which you can listen to in my bio or by searching Spirit of Success (its the most recent one)⁣ ⁣ If you are craving more presence in your lift, I offer some yummy breathwork sessions & private mentoring to support you in cultivating this skill! DM me if you want to learn more! by @drtracydebi
Would a sense of spaciousness change your life?⁣ ⁣ What if you had more space to heal?⁣ To make decisions? ⁣ To discover more about yourself? ⁣ To find the spark within you? ⁣ ⁣ I didn’t know it but I was seeking space in my life 5 years ago. I got very lost and disconnected from myself and fell into a dark place ⁣ ⁣ One of the tools that helped me was space. Space changes your perception and your perception is what determines what you think is possible for you ⁣ ⁣ I thought I needed to work hard for space and somehow earn it ⁣ ⁣ I now realize it’s something you create for yourself - when you choose ⁣ ⁣ You can also be forced to create space with illness or crisis but I highly recommend choosing it before that happens ⁣ ⁣ You can create space to heal, regulate your body and listen to your inner intelligence to make the best decisions for you and your family ⁣ ⁣ These are skills and you can learn them! ⁣ ⁣ Tune into today’s video about how breath work can help you with all of the above 👆 ⁣ ⁣ And if you want to book a session with me, I am so excited to offer a special if it’s your first time! Send me a message and we can get started! by @drtracydebi
‘Stuckness’ is no fun!⁣ ⁣ You know you feel like there’s just no space around you!? ⁣ ⁣ Well there’s a sneaky reason behind that feeling…⁣ ⁣ Get this - chances are you are defending and avoiding a point of view (or many) AT THE SAME TIME!⁣ ⁣ And the other thing I have done and have seen is that I start to judge myself in this space and then project that shit onto others 😱⁣ ⁣ Please do this instead! ⁣ ⁣ Say out loud what feels true for you, and ask a question and allow yourself to receive an answer - it may even blow your mind how fast this will work ⁣ ⁣ Try this for yourself to see exactly what I mean!⁣ ⁣ What do you have to lose!? ⁣ ⁣ This just works!⁣ ⁣ Even if you don’t ever want to work with me, use this as many times as you need!⁣ ⁣ If you want to learn more tools or just want tackle your stuckness with speed, I will show you how to do that so you can move forward with ease!⁣ ⁣ So excited to be offering individual 60 min. calls with me! If you want one, just DM me 😎 by @drtracydebi
