@thursdayband “Voices On A String”

I’m listening to this all day on repeat until I pass out, because I can ❤️‍🩹
It’s a vintage audiotechnica ATPL 120 so it’s fully manual. I’ll probably need a new needle or cartridge afterwards 😬 but it will be worth it if it makes me or anyone else feel a little better on a Monday 🖤🖤🖤

Despite everything, I still believe in love 🖤 And maybe somewhere, there’s the emo boy of my dreams 🫠 and there’s a Hidden Love connecting us like voices on a string. 🖤🖤🖤
For now, this emo girl can dream 💭

This single made my day! 🖤 It’s evident that Thursday continues to pour their hearts and souls out into their music. Their end product is genuinely relatable and absolutely glorious. Geoff Rickly is masterful with his lyrics and vocals. I still shed a tear every time I hear this single. Thursday delivers on what so many of us long for - music that makes us feel something. Thank you so much for that.

Reposted from @kylefaselisdead: “These songs truly changed my life. They’re the first ones that really proved to me that I could take my heartbreak and pain and turn them into something positive that helps others. If the lyrics I wrote on this album have helped you, thank you for giving me a purpose. I never had a plan B in life. Real Friends was it, and it still is. Without you relating to these words, this thing that I created with my friends would’ve never been possible. I’m grateful for the power of music every day, but even more so on days like today.

Happy 11th birthday to ‘Put Yourself Back Together.’ I’m forever a lost boy with bony knees. 🖤”

Thank you so much for the kind words, the well wishes, and the love !🖤🖤🖤

I’m slowly getting better. I’m about 90% better. I still have occasional fevers/chills. 🤒🥶🥵

It’s not unusual for me to stay sick 🤧 for 3 weeks with an upper respiratory infection because I have smoke damage to my lungs from a fire.

I am so grateful for all my friends and your support ♥️ Thank you for being understanding. And thank you for being patient with me. Love you guys! 🤗

This is 40. I’m still sick 🤒 but slowly getting better ❤️‍🩹

I’m still a sad heartbroken emo girl 🖤

I’m very sleepy 😴 💤💤

Everything else is right with the world.

Except, the world is being extra brutal right now 💔

I’ll be fine with time. But, I’ll need extra time and privacy to heal. I’ll mostly be offline away from social media.

Goodnight everyone and sweet dreams ✨🌙✨

I apologize if I take a longer to respond than usual. ❤️‍🩹
