Thank you, NC State, for an incredible three years full of growth, unforgettable memories, and relationships that will last a lifetime…After a lot of prayer, reflection, and conversations with those closest to me, I’ve decided to enter a new chapter and continue my academic and athletic journey at THE Ohio State University.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but I’m trusting fully in God’s plan for my life. His timing is perfect, and I believe He’s leading me exactly where I’m meant to be. Excited for what’s ahead—let’s get to work!

For those who don’t know, I didn’t exactly grow up in Church and knew almost nothing about God before college. I accepted Jesus near the end of my freshman year and began to learn and grow in my faith. I didn’t know what Baptism meant, if I was good enough, or if I was ready. Now I know the point of the Gospel is that we are never good enough and need to be saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Every moment in my life has led to this point and God was with me along the way. I am forever grateful for the blessings, opportunities, and people God has put in my life to learn who he is.

Today I declared my love, hope, and life to follow Jesus wherever he takes me. God is the only one who truly knows and deeply loves you. I encourage you to find him on your journey in life because you will truly be set free. 🙏✝️ #Jesusislord #Christisking #godisgood #blessed #setfree by @thefishbacks

A “have to” mindset makes things feel like a burden, but a “get to” mindset makes things feel like an opportunity. A small shift that makes a big difference!

Might get some hate for this…using Snapchat isn’t inherently bad. There’s a lot of good and a LOT of bad on social media. We must be watchful of what we allow ourselves to consume.
