WE DID THAT. Skatepark 2.0? by @dylanowenmorris

From the mouth of the man who made it all happen.

This for us isn’t just another event — this is the dream that ignited the entire ideation of THAT.

What started out as our end goal, has turned into only the beginning. We can’t wait to experience it all with you.

holy fucking shit. what was THAT.

A dream, & an obsession, bought to life over 2 years.

From day 1, I was going all in, with no experience at all.
I went from losing again & again & again, some times going into the 5 figure range. I stayed true to myself & said “don’t give up, just get to the skate park, just get to the skate park.”

Sitting on the scaffold’s alone, looking at the stage at 8am the morning after, watching videos for the first time, running off 2 hrs sleep in my car over the last 2 days, will be a feeling that can never be replaced.

I’d like to thank everyone who’s been on this journey with me & showed up. You all know who you are.

This game is a tough one with up’s & plenty of downs, & this last weekend just proves to me that it’s all worth it.

Here’s to the next dream, here’s to the next obsession, & here’s to THAT. SKATE PARK., bring on Round 2 🛹 by @dylanowenmorris
