Photo dump of when I was down to the 170s last December. Took 1 year and 11 months to get from 276 to 170.2. Lost a lot of muscle near the end, but I will forever remember the grind. Self hate is a hell of a drug

After two years, the cut ends… Will update description with whole story soon by @dylanperez2004

Throughout quarantine I have been constantly struggling with my faith in Christ; never regarding whether or not I believed he was real, but my connection with him.
Only God knows how far I’ve fallen from him this past year, but he also knows how far I’ve come back, since through God’s grace he had led me to his servant and my brother in Christ @pastorpaul_cco through YouTube, who has taught me all I know today about the New Testament and what it means to be a follower of Christ.

Pastor Paul, as a teenage boy who is now only a year away from becoming a young adult, I thank you for sharing the word of God for all these years through the internet. Only God in his infinite wisdom would know that your sermons from 2009 would reach someone as in need of Christ as me over a decade later. May God bless you for all you have done, never letting the flock you herd, no matter where they are, fall astray.
