🍂💜 NO GAIN NOVEMBER — LET’S DO THIS! 🦃✨ The holidays are here, and so are the pies, stuffing, desserts, and family gatherings! And guess what? I’m enjoying them! 😂❤️ At 57, I’ve learned that wellness isn’t about deprivation, perfection, or obsessing over the scale. It’s about supporting our bodies, making intentional choices, and creating balance. And that’s exactly what I teach through my Full Circle Wellness approach. 💚 This November, I’m focusing on my HOLIDAY WELLNESS TRIFECTA! 👇 💧 Slenderiiz + Xceler8 Drops — Part of my daily wellness routine to support my weight-management goals alongside healthy habits. 🧡 AbVantage — Supports digestive wellness and gut health, especially when our holiday routines change. 💜 Sugar Stop — Supports healthy blood sugar metabolism, something I’m passionate about educating others on! But here’s what matters most… ✨ Nourish your body with protein and balanced meals. ✨ Keep moving and maintain your muscle. ✨ Prioritize sleep, hydration, and recovery. ✨ Enjoy your favorite holiday foods without guilt! One Thanksgiving meal doesn’t define your health. Your consistent habits do! My goal isn’t just to help you maintain your weight. It’s to help you feel better, have more energy, support your metabolic health, and build habits that last beyond November. 💜 WHO’S READY TO JOIN ME? Comment NOVEMBER or message me, and let’s talk about creating a personalized wellness routine that works for YOU! Because wellness is about so much more than a number on the scale. Mind • Body • Soul • Balance 💚 💚 Supplements support healthy habits; individual results vary. #NoGainNovember #HealthyAging #HolidayWellness #BloodSugarWellness #FullCircleWellness by @dynamic_detox_queen
Happy Monday! 💛 This is just precious! 🥹💕 She’s working out with Toy Story, and I can’t help but smile! God made her beautifully in every way. 💗 She has such a strong personality, the funniest little spirit, a heart full of love, and a happiness that’s contagious! She’s a beautiful reminder that we are all wonderfully made, each with our own special gifts. 🙏🏼❤️ Let this sweet girl brighten up your Monday! ☀️🥰 #MondayBlessings #BeautifullyMade #JoyfulMoments #DynamicDetoxQueen #FullCircleWellnessWithMiriam by @dynamic_detox_queen
480 UNITS TO 27 UNITS IN 12 DAYS! 👀💚 Part 3 with- Dr. Ray Strand he discusses the old 1901 theory that “a carb is a carb.” But we now know carbohydrates affect blood sugar differently! One of my clients reported reducing insulin use from 480 to 27 units over comparable 12-day periods after starting his wellness program. His doctors have since discontinued Lantus and significantly reduced Trulicity! With nutrition, education, and wellness tools like Core Cleanse, Sugar Stop, Rejuvenate, and more, we support the WHOLE body! 💚 Individual results vary. Medication changes require physician supervision; the program’s role in these changes is unproven. Struggling with blood sugar, cravings, or inflammation? Message me “BLOOD SUGAR” for a personalized wellness consultation! #BloodSugarHealth #MetabolicWellness #fullcirclewellnesswithmiriam by @dynamic_detox_queen
You know that one person? 🥰🫵🏽 The other day, I posted a Reel asking that question, and I loved seeing your answers! Some of you said God. Some named someone special. And some of you even said ME! ❤️ But here’s the thing… If you only read the hook and kept scrolling, you missed the message. That one person is YOU. You’re the one who has to show up for yourself. You’re the one who needs your love, your attention, your care, too. Life gets busy. We take care of everybody else, and somewhere along the way, we forget about ourselves. So here’s your reminder today: YOU MATTER. YOU ARE IMPORTANT. AND YOU DESERVE TO SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF. ❤️ Tell me something… when was the last time you made yourself a priority? 💚 #DynamicDetoxQueen #FullCircleWellnessWithMiriam #SelfCareMatters #YouMatter #WellnessJourney by @dynamic_detox_queen
🌈☔️🌂😮🙌 The forecast calls for rain over the next few days… but today, God gave me a little calm before the storm. 🌈 Sometimes we get so caught up in life that we forget to stop and appreciate the beauty right in front of us. A little reminder that life isn’t always black and white… or even gray. 😅 Follow the rainbow. 🌈💜 #CalmBeforeTheStorm #CalmedMySoul #FollowTheRainbow #GodsBeauty by @dynamic_detox_queen
💙 MEN HAVE HORMONES TOO! 👀 Ladies, wellness isn’t just for us! As a holistic wellness coach, I want more men to understand that their hormones, stress levels, blood sugar, inflammation, and overall health matter too! Men experience hormonal changes, fatigue, stubborn belly fat, poor sleep, brain fog, and yes, ladies… they get moody and GROUCHY too! 😂 But here’s something I want you to think about… What happens when we start supporting the WHOLE BODY instead of focusing only on weight? When we help the body manage stress, calm the nervous system, improve sleep, nourish it properly, and move consistently, we’re supporting so much more than the number on the scale. We’re creating healthier conditions for blood pressure, blood sugar regulation, inflammation management, liver health, mental clarity, and hormonal balance. And that’s what holistic wellness is about! Look at Matt’s transformation from August 2025 to July 2026. His commitment and consistency are worth celebrating! Because reaching your goal is one thing. Maintaining healthier habits for the long haul is another. Men, your health deserves attention too! 💙 Ready to look beyond the scale and take a whole-body approach to your wellness? Message me MEN and let’s talk about building a personalized wellness plan for YOU! #HormoneHealth #dynamicdetoxqueen #fullwellnesswithmiriam by @dynamic_detox_queen

You know that ONE person? Who is the ONE person you know?🌹 The one who’s been with you through every high, every low, every setback, and every comeback? Sometimes we forget just how much that one person deserves our love, kindness, and encouragement. 💚 As we step into this new week, let’s leave the past where it belongs. And when I say the past, I mean anything that happened before this very minute! No chips on our shoulders. No carrying yesterday into today. Love deeper. Speak kinder. Forgive more. And show up as the best version of yourself. Because, my friend, YOU ARE WORTHY OF IT ALL! ❤️ YOU are that ONE person that is there for YOU! Happy Monday! 💚 Who needs to hear this today? Share a little encouragement with someone you love. #MondayMotivation #SelfLove #MindsetMatters #PersonalGrowth fullcirclewellness by @dynamic_detox_queen
Sunday blessings! 🐦☀️💜 Sometimes we get so caught up in the noise of everyday life that we forget to listen to the beautiful things around us. Even the birds have a song to sing. Maybe they’re reminding us to slow down, be grateful, and appreciate another day God has given us. Have a beautiful and blessed Sunday! 🙏💜 by @dynamic_detox_queen
Thank you, Stephani! 💚💎 What an honor to be part of a team that truly LOVES people and stands for something bigger than ourselves! A team that sees ALL of you. Your heart, your struggles, your purpose, and your passion. A team that prays together, fights together, and stands together because we believe people deserve more when it comes to their health and their lives! I don’t just believe in wellness. I believe in taking a STAND for it. For the person who’s tired of struggling, who’s looking for answers, and who just needs someone willing to walk beside them. That’s why I do what I do. If I can make a difference in ONE person’s life, it’s worth it! I know I’m right where God wants me to be. He has never disappointed me, and I trust where He’s leading me. 🙏❤️ It’s never been about the title. It’s about the calling, the people, and the lives we get to touch along the way. When one of us rises, we all rise. WE SHINE TOGETHER! 💚💎 by @dynamic_detox_queen
