Age is just a number, and Carole is proof! 💙🏸 At 76, Carole continues to make a difference through badminton as a player, coach and volunteer, showing that staying active is about so much more than physical health. From boosting her mental wellbeing to building lasting friendships, badminton has brought so much positivity into her life. Her advice? “You’re never too old to try something new.” ✨ Carole’s story is a wonderful reminder that it’s never too late to discover a new passion, meet new people and enjoy the benefits of staying active. 💙 #AgeIsJustANumber #ActiveAgeing #EveryoneActive #PhysicalActivity #Wellbeing by @ea_kinggeorgesplayingfields
