Another year older. Apparently also another year deeper 🥴.

The past few years have taken me on quite the inner journey, beautiful, messy, confronting and, at times, wonderfully confusing 🫤.

EASE your senses has become one of the places where I get to turn some of that into something tangible. Art, words and little reminders for fellow sensitive souls navigating their own way through life.

If something I create makes you feel a little more understood, empowered or at EASE in being exactly who you are, that means a lot to me.

Still learning. Still creating. Still occasionally wondering what on earth I’m doing.

After many weeks of not painting, finally started something new ☺️. by @easeyoursenses

Some paintings never lose their magic✨.

WHOLENESS is one of those pieces for me.

I have it hanging in my own home, just like this, and somehow, every single day, I find myself captivated by the beautiful interplay of colors, shapes and movement.

There’s something about it that keeps drawing me in. Something I never seem to get tired of looking at 😍.

And of course, I’d love for someone else to experience a little of that magic in their own space, too.

So I’m happy to share that WHOLENESS is now available on Etsy as a premium canvas, both framed and unframed.

A little piece of magic for your own sanctuary.

With love,
Lenore 🤎

I love people. I really do ☺️.

I love genuine connections. Meaningful conversations. Laughing together, sharing stories, and getting lost in those beautiful, deep talks that somehow last for hours.

Buuuut… preferably in small doses 😬.

Because as much as I love people, there inevitably comes a point when my social battery decides we’ve had quite enough human interaction for one day.

And suddenly, all I want is silence, my own little bubble, and absolutely no plans whatsoever 🫠.

So when I came up with this newest addition to the Women at EASE collection, I knew it was a keeper.

PEOPLE PERSON
in very small doses.

For everyone who genuinely loves people… but also gets ridiculously excited about a cancelled plan and an empty calendar😌.

Anyone else 😂?

Meet Sammie, our newest expert in a softer way of living🐾.

So far, his advice is to nap without guilt, stretch before doing anything, and accept affection as though you’ve always deserved it.

Honestly, his credentials are looking pretty good 🤪💁🏽‍♀️. by @easeyoursenses

Just give me Art, Jesus and Nature, and you’ve got yourself a very happy girl 🥰. Tell me three things that always make you happy 🧐? (Photography by Meijke Noorland 🖤) by @easeyoursenses

DO NOT DISTURB my nervous system.

Consider this the wearable version of putting your phone on airplane mode 😎🙋🏽‍♀️. Who else needs this?

For overstimulated women, recovering people pleasers and anyone becoming increasingly selective about what gets access to their peace.

Welcome to Women at EASE.

One of the things people almost always say when they get to know me a little better is:

“You’re SO different from what I expected.” 🤣

Apparently, I come across as rather intense, mysterious and maybe even a little serious…

Only to reveal that I’m actually much more playful, cheeky and slightly ridiculous than my first impression might suggest 😇🤓.

A nice little reminder that the outside rarely tells the whole story.

So here’s to not taking ourselves too seriously, staying curious, looking a little further than the surface, and giving people the space to surprise us.

And to all my fellow weird, playful, slightly crazy souls…

I think we’re going to get along just fine🥂😜. #mindfulart #artisthumor #artistproblems #healingart #easeyoursenses by @easeyoursenses

One of the first paintings I ever made, back when I had absolutely no idea what I was doing 😅.

No rules. No expectations. No idea of what my “style” was supposed to be. I just painted.

And somehow, that freedom created one of my favourite pieces to this day.

It has been hanging in my living room ever since, quietly collecting compliments from almost everyone who walks in.

So I think it’s time to let this little gem leave my living room, at least in print.

Coming soon as a fine art poster and canvas.

Opening a new proof print feels a little like standing on a stage in your underwear 🙈🤣😅.

No matter how many times I’ve done it, it’s still ridiculously exciting.

Because in just a few seconds, you’ll find out whether the painting you’ve poured your heart into has turned into the beautiful canvas you were hoping for.

And then… this happened. 😍.

I unrolled it, took one look… and may or may not have done a little happy dance 😎.

This giant canvas, quite literally with a golden edge, turned out even more beautiful than I had imagined.

Safe to say… this one has completely stolen my heart.

And the best part? It is now available in my Etsy shop too 🥳🥳🥳. #abstractartistsofinstagram #abstractekunst #abstractekunstenaar #helendekunst #hooggevoelig by @easeyoursenses

Feel everything. Carry less 🥰.

For the women who feel deeply, but are learning that not everything they feel is theirs to carry.

A little reminder, disguised as a tote bag.

Part of the Women at EASE collection, made for sensitive women with soft hearts and full lives.

Please don’t use AI to make more art. Use childhood trauma and that one MF who broke your heart into a thousand pieces, like a real artist 👩🏾‍🎨🤓. #abstractartistsofinstagram #healingarts #structuredart #artistlifestyle #artisthumor by @easeyoursenses
