Every beginning has a meaning. Ours begins with Alenia. A name that reflects the vision, the thought and the experience we're excited to share with you. #Alenia #OurBeginning #OurStory by @eashanlulla
A little food, a lot of conversations, and some really good company. There's something about bringing people together over food. The stories get better, the conversations get longer, and there's always room for one more bite. Our food trial was a little bit of all that, with plenty of good flavours and even better memories. Just another paragraph in the Alenia story. And there are many more to come. . . . #Alenia #AleniaBombay #TablesAreBeingSet by @eashanlulla
Our new paragraph finally has a name! Here’s ALENIA, and here’s our team. #ComingSoon #TablesAreBeingSet by @eashanlulla
Food is what’s on the plate, but dining is how the room makes you feel 🥂✨ by @eashanlulla
I walked into NYC thinking I knew everything about food. A mushroom burger proved me dead wrong 🍔 Don’t judge a plate until you’ve tried it @abcvnyc by @eashanlulla
The best lesson I ever learned in hospitality came from a pizza delivery box 🍕 It costs almost nothing to show care, but it creates a culture that lasts forever. . Bringing this exact culture to our new space in Bombay. Stay tuned! 🐓💥 #CultureFirst #BehindTheScenes #BombayRestaurants #WorkInHospitality #CulinaryJourney #BombayFoodies by @eashanlulla
Plot twist: hospitality school wasn't just cooking recipes, it was dishwashing, housekeeping, and running 6 on-campus restaurants 🫡 Textbooks can teach you how to open a restaurant, but actually being on the floor is what teaches you how to run one. lock in, we’re bringing all of that experience into this new space! 💥 #NewInBombay #BehindTheScenes #ChefEashan #HospitalityLife #BuildoutVlog by @eashanlulla
You don't renovate a room like this. You earn it. 120-year-old building. Fourteen foot ceilings. A century in the walls. So we brought in Abha Narain Lambah — the architect behind the Taj Mahal Palace restoration, the Gateway of India, CST. She doesn't do restaurants. She said yes anyway. Some things deserve to be done right. 🧱 by @eashanlulla
Trials are starting, and we would love for you to come try! You + 2 friends could get a seat at the table before anyone else — before the menu's even final, before we officially open. Here's how you get in: ✅ Follow @eashanlulla ✅ Like this post ✅ Comment & tag 2 friends No cameras, no posts — just come hungry, eat well, and tell us the truth (the good, the bad, all of it). Super hush-hush. Slots are limited, so don't sleep on this one. 🤫 by @eashanlulla
Trials coming soon! 🤞 by @eashanlulla
Eid Milad-un-Nabi Mubarak! 🌙 Filmed this a while back exploring Mohammad Ali Road. A place that truly captures the spirit of community, hospitality, and sharing food. On this day, which is all about reflection, kindness, and bringing people together over a meal, I wanted to share a look at one of Mumbai's most vibrant food hubs. Hope your day is spent surrounded by loved ones and good food! PSA: PLEASE GO TRY THE CHEESE ROLL 🤤 by @eashanlulla
