BARIMA NSU — “MEN DON’T CRY.”
From childhood, many boys are taught to swallow their tears, hide their pain, and remain silent.
“Be a man.” “Don’t cry.” “Man up.”
But what happens when a boy grows into a man who was never taught how to speak about what hurts?
The pain doesn't disappear.
It becomes silence.

The silence becomes distance.
The distance becomes a way of life.
And eventually, he may pass the same silence down to his own son.

Barima Nsu is a reflection on the cycle of emotional suppression among men and the cost of teaching generations of boys that vulnerability is weakness.
Because sometimes, the strongest thing a man can do is say:
“I’m hurting.”

Ride with me
Let me tell you tails about our ancestry
On how we protected our heads with these helmets just to keep our stories intact no matter the impact of the crush
These are the stories that drives me to keep on keeping on

We went to Asuoyaa to teach skills, but what we witnessed was the rebirth of hope.

These parents did not ask for pity. They asked for an opportunity to learn, work, and build better lives for their children.

Every new skill represents food on a table, a child kept in school, and a family moving one step closer to financial independence.

This is what empowerment looks like: not just giving people something for today but equipping them to transform their tomorrow.

Please share this video. Someone who believes in changing lives may see it and help us reach another community.

Somewhere in the world there is ;
A widow is trying to survive.
An elderly person with no one to depend on
A parent doing everything she can to put food on her children's table.

And sometimes, a bag of rice and a few groceries can be more...

Through this outreach, One Life Aid Foundation visited three communities, including Kentenkren, to support widows, the aged and vulnerable single mothers with essential food items and some groceries.

But we didn't just distribute food, we distributed hope, we shared dignity and we reminded them that they have not been forgotten.

We may not be able to change the whole world today. But we can change someone's world today.

And that simple act of kindness is enough reason to keep going...

To every donor, volunteer, partner, friend and supporter who makes it possible for us to reach another person, we say thank you.
