A fully vegan takeover at a proper piece of London history 🐷✨

This morning @laviefoods took over @terryscafelondon – serving traditional British food since 1982. They usually have some vegan and veggie bits on the regular menu, but seeing the whole place go fully vegan for the day was so cool! 👌🏻

I went for the ‘Le Full French’ – their brilliant bacon, tasty tofu and lots of other nice things 😎 Swipe for a delicious dessert…

Such a fun event and met some lovely people – big thanks to @vicsveganeats for the invite!

I’m a greedy greedy boy, so of course I had to try the ‘Le French Toast’ 🍞

Perfect little sweet treat after a savoury breakfast – and the lunchtime nap afterwards was sensational 😴

A cutesie little non-alcoholic spritz 🍹✨

Iconic 📸

Loved this little window vinyl 🐷☠️

It’s what she would’ve wanted 🐽 god save the pig, indeed 🙏

Spreading vegan propaganda one sticker at a time 🤪

Surprised to find this little cafe where we were staying in Mellieħa 👏 best vegan sausage I’ve ever had 🤤 crispy hash browns were good. Patriotic beans 🇬🇧 slightly warm bread and sad little tomato 😂

Same cafe did a lot of vegan croissants, bagels and other bits 👌🏻

Fried pizza dough with muhammara, caramelised onions and sun-dried tomatoes 🇮🇹 simple but effective 👏

Great texture - v crispy. But tasted so bland 🥲

Nothing fancy, but nice and tasty 🤷🏻‍♂️

⭐ star of the show. Obsessed with truffle flavours. Umami heavy and really good 👏

Might have been the best thing I ate the whole trip 🤷🏻‍♂️

Really good meal 👍🏻

Sauce was really good - great flavours 👏

Vegan sushi platter found at restaurant opposite hotel 🤯

This was AMAZING 🤩

Random find and quite good tbf 👌🏻

Bit of a letdown 👎🏻 felt like frozen supermarket GB

Pretty good 😌

I’m such a slut for truffle 🤤

Sauce was a bit watery, could’ve been thicker 🤷🏻‍♂️

Another day another pizza 🍕 nothing crazy, but did a job 😊

🤤

What looks the best!? 👀 by @eat.with.pete

(ad - gifted) I made maybe the BEST rib sandwich with @juicymarbles baby ribs 🍖

I haven’t ate ribs in years, but honestly the texture here is crazy. I think I’ve created the perfect sandwich 🤤

Toasted buttery roll, caramelised onions, lots of pickles, spice rub on the ribs, then a bbq sauce glaze. Paired with some southern style beans and seasoned fries 🍟

Go check out @juicymarbles ! Do yourself a favour - worth it every time 👌🏻

[ad - pr invite] Found something special in Walthamstow – @pulseandpickle 🌱

They’re a not-for-profit vegan restaurant, cultural centre and community hub in east London, built on the belief that access to healthy, local food should be a right, not a privilege. The community they’ve created here feels really special – the manager David was so welcoming and clearly passionate about the space they’re building for people to eat, learn, dream and create together.

What we ate:
🥣 Masabaha – chickpeas with tahini, pesto and oil. So rich and full of flavour
🥔 Potato masala focaccia with a side salad – spicy and filling
🍲 Nepali bean stew – warming and nourishing
🥒 House pickles – great
🍮 Sweet treats: halva (never tried it before – so good!) and plum torte

All three dishes were fantastic, and places doing this kind of work deserve all the support. Share this with someone who’d love it! Follow for more vegan recs 👇

@lds.kitchen is back with a bang 💥

Tofu pork belly 🤤 but all the veg is amazing 🤩 New home at @theimperialpalaceof.bigred 🏠 check them out?

Love me some laksa 🍜 @bananatreeuk with the goods! Great vegan options here: nearly got the katsu burger 🍔

Weekends 🤝 fry ups

I think I make the best scrambled tofu EVER 🤷🏻‍♂️ I don’t think anyone can take that chain from me…

Stumbled on this pub on the search for some lunch after a gym sesh with a pal 💪🏼 and was pleasantly surprised 😮 Stirling Arms in Hove 📍

The temperature finally dropped enough to get me back roasting 👨🏻‍🍳 I just don’t miss when it comes to roasts 🤌🏻 @lindamccartneyfoods pie for the main 🥧 and homemade Yorkshire puddings 😉

Made some DELICIOUS pork-style tacos with @juicymarbles meaty meat 👌🏻 charred corn salsa, avocado crema and @cholula.uk hot sauce 🤤 heavenly

@murgerhan invited me to come try out their new curtain noodle 🍜 and it was insane. Very surprised with the vegan options on the menu! 👏 would love them to release a vegan murger 👀 🍔

Salt’n’pepper tofu & chips mate - forgot fresh chillies because I’m a silly sausage 🤪

Sausage and mash comfort meal because temperature dropped under 20 degrees hehe

Burrito bowl for a burrito boi 🌯 by @eat.with.pete

[ad - gifted invite] Just tried @murgerhan – and it’s a must-visit for vegans and non-vegans alike! 🌱🔥

• Free noodle refills (yes, really!)
• Fresh handmade noodles made on-site
• 12 years in London serving authentic Xi’an-style street food
• Signature hand-pulled Biang Biang Noodles (a must-try)
• 4 locations: Euston, Mayfair, City, and Elephant & Castle

I ate:
🥬 Cold spinach in sesame dressing
🍢 Tofu skewers
🫛 Edamame
🍩 Fried dough
🥗 Wheat gluten salad
🥟 Crispy dumplings
🍜 Curtain noodle (so fun!)
🍹 Cucumber passionfruit spritz (delicious!)

All the food was so good, and they even prepared the noodles to my vegan needs! Their Murgers (traditional Chinese street food sandwiches) looked amazing – it’d be great if they introduced a vegan option!

This isn’t a regular roast dinner 🤩😍🤤😋

Buzzing that @lds.kitchen is back doing London’s best vegan roasts 👅 at the funky @theimperialpalaceof.bigred who have immaculate vibes 👌🏻

I got the roast ‘pork tofu belly’ and cracklin’ - roasted tofu marinaded in maple mustard sauce and a smiley garlic and thyme butter 🤩

All served with garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, collard garlic greens, roasted sweet potato, swede and basil puree, creamy mustard leeks and spinach, maple and fennel glazed carrots, a crispy @plantside.co Yorkshire pud and a southern style gravy 🤤 also got some cauli cheese with @casadeifoods mozzarella 🧀

This really is a 10/10 plate of food. Get a booking in while you can! 👌🏻

This might be London’s best vegan sushi! 🍱

@weareima has been on my hitlist for a long time and I managed to finally visit 👏 and it did not disappoint 😮‍💨

Lots of fake fish options made from vegetables, each menu item feels completely unique to the next 👌🏻 this place isn’t just for vegans, it’s for sushi lovers 😍 their set menu was a game changer, as we genuinely couldn’t narrow down what we wanted to order 😅
