Avocado, cucumber, Dijon mustard, salicornia 🌿

Creamy, refreshing, and savory with just enough of a sharp kick to set the tone for a fantastic culinary journey. 😏

Our course in Ocean is the perfect opening act: a plant-based dish that is as elegant as it is delicious, and proof that choosing the Green Dimensions menu means absolutely zero compromise on flavour. 🌱✨

Watch how we turned a vision into reality. 😲

It all started with a ambitious idea for a restaurant of the future. One where guests travel through immersive worlds as they dine, and the atmosphere around them makes every bite and every sip feel even more special. ✨

Bringing that idea to life was – and still is – no small task. It takes a passionate team with an unwavering commitment to culinary artistry, outstanding service, and cutting-edge technology to make it work. 👌

But what makes it all worthwhile is seeing the sparkle in our guests' eyes as their Eatrenalin experience unfolds, watching them leave lost for words, and knowing that we've brought this vision to life. Once again, evening after evening. 😍

Follow us and look forward to the next part of this fantastic journey!

Have you tasted the dishes of our two guest chefs yet? 😋

The Eatrenalin menus bring together the distinctive styles of three renowned Michelin-starred chefs who all share a love for Portugal, their Austrian roots, and a close friendship. 🤝

In Ocean, Hans Neuner presents a surprising oyster dish 🦪 that transports you straight to the coast of the Algarve in the south of Portugal, while Dieter Koschina has created a playful dessert boasting sparkling citrus flavours. 🍋 A finale to your experience that feels like fireworks. 🤩

Both dishes are expertly woven into a captivating 8-course culinary journey orchestrated by our Culinary Director Peter Hagen-Wiest that has delighted countless guests already – and will surely delight you too! 🍽️✨

BBQ bell pepper, lime, green zebra 🫑🍋🍅

As part of our trio of amuse-bouches served on arrival in our Lounge, this little vegetarian bite packs a serious punch of flavour! The sweetness and smokiness of the BBQ bell pepper sit in beautiful harmony with the tanginess of the lime and Green Zebra tomato — named after its striking texture and colouring — and together they make for an appetiser that sets the tone for everything still to come.

In our Red Dimensions menu, this amuse features lobster in place of bell pepper, for an equally surprising and delicious flavour combination. 🦞

Join us in congratulating Peter on this fantastic achievement! 🎉

Each year, the international gastronomy trade magazine Rolling Pin publishes its "100 BEST CHEFS" ranking. What makes it special is that this ranking is the result of more than 16,000 professionals from the restaurant and hotel industry taking part in nominating and voting. It's recognition that truly comes from within the industry itself. 🍽️

This year, our Culinary Director Peter Hagen-Wiest was placed 28th in Germany. @rollingpin.co highlights his creative, disciplined and precise craftsmanship, as well as his modern, internationally inspired cuisine that stays rooted in the region and puts the product at the centre. You'll find that same signature style throughout your culinary journey at Eatrenalin. ✨

Congratulations, Peter! 👨‍🍳
