Heater Baby out today! link in my bio. This one has been more than three years in the making. Layer by layer, putting it down, picking it back up over the years. I think it was well worth it. Every time I came back to this one, I couldn’t help but feel like it had something special to it. Plus—when trusted friends say something is good, I listen. For two years it had no actual chorus or bridge, I figured I’d make it part of a compilation of demos. But here we are, it’s a lead single (in my mind at least) for an incoming project. I stuck a B-side track on the release which is an instrumental electronic song, just to keep people on their toes. I’m going to be bringing electronic music back into my published work, a practice which had lied dormant for a few years as I was obsessed with recording live instruments. ¢¢

𝕻𝖍𝖎𝖑𝖑𝖞, 𝕵𝖚𝖓𝖊 19 🍎 @eatthelabel house. We’re pumped to bring live music to our backyard in fishtown. Thee Windows will be joining us along with Moustapha and Charley for music on the evening of June 19th. Music starts promptly at 7:30pm and will wrap at 9pm, no punk time.

NotJustJake//The Regulars split titled “40 Oz. Hurricane” is out everywhere now! The split features two songs “Hurricane” which was written largely by Rabib from The Regulars and “drink with bad people” which was written largely by Jake from NotJustJake.

We’ll be playing a little Philly tour this week where we’ll be playing these songs live for the first time. We’re stoked to share this music with the world!!

“The Squeeze” is out today, May 20th! It’ll be available on all streaming services. We’re stoked to be sharing this album with the world!!

These songs were recorded over the last 5 years at various short terms rentals and houses along the east coast. We all met in Baltimore but shortly after we started playing music together we split to different cities. For each song we would meet up and record all weekend until we had a song or two that we were really happy with. In each spot we’d set up a DIY studio and then play riffs until something stuck. It’s been a blast putting this album together and we hope you enjoy!

The album art is a piece by the very talented Kristin Gorell that she kindly gifted to the band for the cover.
