Another week of training in the books, one more to go until Race Day, been grinding day in and day out put myself in the best position possible to accomplish a PB for my 2nd official half marathon. This is why I love fitness so much because you cannot fake the grind, you either put in the work or make an excuse as to why you couldn’t. Thank you God for the ability to go out and do what I love, better myself everyday while inspiring others at the same time. Time to taper down and get ready to go all in on Sunday! @houhalf #marathontraining #running #inspiration by @ecio14

My go to leg workout while on marathon prep. I recently changed my workout split to one leg day workout a week as opposed to two since my legs are under more stress due to mileage increase every week. However intensity is still the key factor for being able to maintain as much strength as possible. 1) hip adduction 4x12-15 2) pendulum squat 4x8-12 3) RDL’s 4x10-12 4)Calve raises 4x15-20 #Legday #runner #hybridathlete by @ecio14

Another long run in the books, 2 weeks to go until race day! Feeling stronger than ever, there’s no cheating the work. You either do what’s required or watch your goal fade away. @bpnsupps @houhalf #marathontraining #running #hybridathlete by @ecio14
Keep form a priority and you do not need a massive amount of workouts, as long as you keep the intensity high with enough stimulus on the muscle you will make gains. #gymmotivation #chestworkout #consistency by @ecio14
