🚨First stop: finding the lot.

Follow along. This is just the beginning 🙏🏼 by @eddieandallyteam

You know that kind of house?

The one where date night stays in, a Tuesday turns into a self-care day, and one glass of wine by the pool becomes two while the sun sets over the golf course 🥂

Every detail considered. Every inch reimagined.

📍 Morrison Ranch, Gilbert AZ | Built 2005
💲 $925,000
🛏 5 beds | 🛁 4 baths | 📐 3,157 sq ft | 🚗 3-car garage

When I moved here from Minnesota, I wanted room for the people I love to come visit, and a backyard I could actually use most of the year.

This one checks the boxes:
🏡 All on one level, with a big open great room
🍳 Granite counters, an island and a breakfast bar
🚪 About 600 sq ft of guest quarters with its own entrance, for guests or a home office that’s actually separate from home
🛁 A primary suite split from the other bedrooms, with a double vanity and walk-in closet
☀️ Owned solar, so summer power bills aren’t scary
🔥 A pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and fireplace out back

All on tree-lined Morrison Ranch streets.

Comment 2989 and I’ll send you all the details.

UNDER CONTRACT IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS! 🏡✨

For our newest listing in Waterston North, we completely transformed the home with professional staging, invited the entire neighborhood, and made our open house an event for the whole family with a complimentary coffee cart, donuts, and more!

The result? An incredible turnout our very first weekend on the market, where we met the family who would soon become our buyers! Less than 10 days later, we were under contract!

To us, it’s about so much more than putting a home on the market. It’s about creating an experience, making meaningful connections, and delivering results for our sellers. 🤍 by @eddieandallyteam

Two of Scottsdale’s landmark resorts traded within weeks of each other this fall.

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess went to the San Manuel Nation, the same group that paid $650M cash for the Palms in Las Vegas. The full price wasn’t disclosed. County filings show four parcels alone went for $241.4M. Fairmont keeps running it.

Then the Four Seasons at Troon North went under contract at $372M, roughly $1.8M per room. The current owner paid $267.8M for it in 2022.

Add the Arizona Biltmore at $705M in 2024 and JW Marriott Desert Ridge at $865M in 2025. That’s four trophy resorts in the Valley changing hands in about two and a half years.

Buyers at this level underwrite for years before they commit. They keep landing on the same market — and it’s the same wealth that buys homes here.

Who buys next?
