Some of you have been here with me for a long time, and some of you I’m just getting to know…

So I thought I’d share more about who I am and where I came from.

First up, a little about growing up back home in Sweden 🇸🇪 by @eddielackbuilds

Every home starts with a piece of dirt. 🏗️

Welcome to Episode 1 of Behind the Build, where I’m taking you along for the whole journey of building our home from the ground up.

Follow along. This is just the beginning 🙏🏼 by @eddielackbuilds

You know that kind of house?

The one where date night stays in, a Tuesday turns into a self-care day, and one glass of wine by the pool becomes two while the sun sets over the golf course 🥂

Every detail considered. Every inch reimagined.

UNDER CONTRACT IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS! 🏡✨

For our newest listing in Waterston North, we completely transformed the home with professional staging, invited the entire neighborhood, and made our open house an event for the whole family with a complimentary coffee cart, donuts, and more!

The result? An incredible turnout our very first weekend on the market, where we met the family who would soon become our buyers! Less than 10 days later, we were under contract!

To us, it’s about so much more than putting a home on the market. It’s about creating an experience, making meaningful connections, and delivering results for our sellers. 🤍 by @eddielackbuilds

Would you rather build your dream home from the ground up… or discover one that's already been thoughtfully designed for you?

When it comes to luxury living, the difference between a spec home and a custom home isn't simply about design. It's about time, investment, creative freedom, and the experience of bringing a home to life.

And here's something that might surprise you: choosing a luxury spec home doesn't necessarily mean sacrificing personalization.

At Copper Moon Development, we believe extraordinary homes can begin with either vision. The key is finding the path that fits your lifestyle.

So, which would you choose: the freedom of CUSTOM or the convenience of SPEC? 👇

Swipe through our carousel, then explore our latest blog for a deeper look at the differences.
