In honor of the Olympia, here are some show day shots📷
-
I am extremely proud of myself and what i accomplished in my first prep and bodybuilding show. It showed me that if I truly believe in myself and put the time and effort into my goals that it is possible. The nerves leading up to the show and on show day were very up and down, there were many times where I didn't know if I could even make it to show day. However my family and friends stood behind me and kept me up when i felt low. A major reason for me keeping on going and not giving up was my beautiful girlfriend, Maeve. She was by my side for every step of the way and had no doubt in me. I would get down and say some hurtful things about myself, but she was always there with positive words to bring me back up. I was very short tempered at times and tired a lot, and she was understanding and picked up my slack or helped with things she seen me struggling. She is my whole world and I could not have done this without her. On top of who i had at my back, I continued to tell myself that quitting is not an option with how far ive come. With this mindset and team we were able to go out there at take home 4🥇and 1 🥈. This lights a fire under my ass like no other because I was so close to that pro card as well. Next year we will bring an undeniable package and the pro card will come home. Thank you to everyone of you who have supported and showed care along the way. It means the world to me. I know I seem to post consistent and then disappear for a little, but we are here to stay and bring something incredible.🙏❤️💪

The rebound is going well. I'll be honest it is a little weird not being shredded to the core anymore, but it's necessary to have some more body fat to grow and put on quality muscle. I'm feeling and looking stronger, and that is something ive missed. I had a few days where I may have taken it a little overboard with the food, but it's not the end of the world. I deserved some enjoyment. Staying consistent and having moderation in your diet can allow you to do things like that. It's just about being honest with yourself and knowing when to put that fork down.

Last posing check in I took before the rebound began. I'm definitely going to miss this look, but it's time to grow and bring something even better next year. We will be undeniable🙏☝️

Being back in the gym has felt amazing. Taking just a few days off for the competition showed me just how much I love being in the gym and putting the work in. It's time to grow and bring a package that is worth a Pro card next season💪
